Living with Autism Among the Cast Members: ******** Good evening, For the last few months I have been a victim of hate crime at this property. Everything from Disney Parking Attendants taking paid for handicap spots, violation of ADA to force payment of spot, to being given falsified paperwork from Falcon Square at my door, to alleged Do not disturb tags placed on my door when expecting mail.
I have also been the victim of identity theft (drivers licenses and/or passports at Hospitals by residents following from New Jersey, Puerto Rico, New York, and other states), insurance fraud, unable to get my mail, billed for EMS services for other residents riding in the same Orange County Fire Rescue and/or American Medical Response based on my "golden" phone.
At this point Falcon Square at Independence has failed at their duty to maintain a safety property, based on Cast Member harassment that I recorded including reports to the Court House, Orange County (Florida and CA based on call redirects with my therapist), and Disney Security teams, to the point that not only a disabled autistic adult but other families with children are victimized by role models or wannabes.
Cast Members call Department of Children and Families (DCF) on other residents, fire alarms at 4 AM, constant door slams/harassment/etc setup "services" in hallways before tech interviews, setup "services" at hospitals, then Winter Garden PD has to investigate public timelines to find out why there is door slamming and alleged doctors wiring themselves inside of hospital settings including residents following, with hazards, to hospitals getting themselves in trouble, and following to create a "Baker Act Convention" which was mentioned at Orlando Health before I was forced outside of insurance due to the lapsing caused by this personal injury impacting my safety, to go to Florida Hospital (adventHealth) and the same people followed and the doctors got sick and tied of the Baker Acting over my disability which added not only to the discrimination but also the conduct where Dr. Kelderman was contacted by a resident who lost an opportunity who began sexual harassment against a while male with autism who was forced into their home, stripped of their liberties, and civil rights. How would like also to have your utilities closed out and re-enstated, high electric bills with 1/2 the load from before, spectrum cut at the road/filtered based on internet, tv, and/or tv audio (spliced cables where spectrum knows where to go and fix it because it keeps happening), non-working items (courtesy patrol), people alleging they are blocking dyer vents with "tape" and/or blocking A/C drainage with "snakes" or other items.
At this point I can continue to air the dirty laundry of the continued hate crimes directed to myself regarding sexual harassment or we can quit talking and start doing without discrimination, retaliation, and/or victimizing people who are disabled and "touched" a doctor with their story by one voicemail. Stop the residents from following and stalking autistic individuals including wearing black masks and or capes above their head and holding their left pocket on photograph that I had to hang up on my therapist. I have documented this to no avail with no help if we keep using reverse psychology to cover up people who are married and have their own set of issues and then use surrounding apartments to bully and harass on behalf this questionable property. I am free to talk about it however I have to purchase pepper spray to protect myself so I can get my mail and get down my steps at this point because some other resident already said about "stand your ground" back in January 2019 and this past two weeks said "different judge" "different weapon." I can document more but I am living on my own even with another situation that is rumored and can't stand being victimized because of the whole discrimination hence why a doctor might have left another case to focus on mine. I look forward to property value plumbing when people start realizing what is happening instead of using social media and certain advances to claim everything including fake IDs at the emergency room where my passport saved me as I hold both identities.
