Vendors United is a THIEF!!!

WARNING ALL BUSINESS OWNERS: I want to warn you of a scam! Do NOT get involved with Vendors United, LLC. Vendors United, LLC is a THIEF, a LIAR, and it’s a company from HELL!! When they contact you, hang up! You will be saving yourself from future nightmares. It doesn’t get any worse than this company.

In January 2018, they took $745.00 from me for advertisement. They promised me a 2 year full page ad with the Edina Real Estate Office in Coon Rapids Minnesota. They told me that the Agents use vendors from the ads to get projects done and distribute at open houses. I was also promised a logo at no additional cost and meet and greet with the Agents. When I inquired about the meet and greet and some other issues, Dustin the devil lashed at me with insults and mockery. He told me I was a bad person, that he does not like business owners like me, that he won’t hire me to clean his house, and that he will warn all the Real Estate Agents in the Coon Rapids location, to beware of me. He went on and on laughing, mocking, taunting, and carrying on as the fool that he is. I have never seen anyone be so disrespectful to me or acting so trashy in my presence, as this Ghetto boy did. I finally hung up, but not soon enough. I should have known that I was in the presence of an evil person and hung up sooner. I should not have engaged with him and allowed him to provoke me as he did. My regret! Dustin, you are a demented, unprofessional, arrogant bum. I have prayed for you. The Almighty God will deal with you so severely for the way you treated me. Your company will come to a complete ruin so you won’t continue to deceive business owners.

Please check out the online ONE-STAR reviews of many business owners who have been ripped-off by this company. One of the complaints was from someone who contacted the Coon Rapids Office and was told they have no knowledge of the magazine. Even the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota documented on its website, the complaints against this company. I wish I would have checked the reviews prior. I would not have been in this mess. They have my $745.00 and I have zero service to show for it. If they contact you, this is what you do. Tell them to call back in an hour. Go to the internet and check them out before you commit to anything. If the offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This company is bad news! Stay away!

January 8, 2018, Desmond More contacted me regarding advertising. He told me the Ad would be featured in their magazine which all their Edina Realtors in their Coon Rapids location, use for services and open houses. He said there will be a-meet-and-greet session 3rd week of February 2018 with Agents. I declined the fee. He then reduced the fee to $395.00 for a business card size Ad. I accepted and paid.

January 9, 2018, Jack Bash contacted me. He said he had discussed with the owner of the company and it was agreed if I paid additional $350.00, they will provide me with a full-page ad, featured on the Cover Page as their Exclusive, Preferred, Cleaning Company. Better yet, the ad will be featured for 2-years both online and hardcopy at no additional cost, and Logo design is included in the offer. I asked if the logo will be mine to use. Jack confirmed that the Logo is mine to do whatever I want with it. I couldn’t contain my excitement at the incredible offer. I accepted and paid $350.00

Jack scheduled an appointment for me to discuss the logo design with their Graphics Designer on January 10, 2018 @ 10am. I waited until after 2pm, the graphics design person NEVER showed and NEVER called. Later date, I was informed by Jack that the Art Designer suddenly walked off the job.

March 26, 2018, I emailed Jack Bash, requesting a refund of $745.00 because communication had gone cold, there was no meet-and-greet, no explanation, no logo design and no Ad.

March 27, 2018, Cassandra Gill responded. She said that they have a no-refund policy and that they had invested so much time working on my ad, therefore, no refund. At the time she said this, except for the receipts they issued for charging $745.00 against my credit card, there had not been anything else done.

I emailed Cassandra Gill and BANNED her from ever talking with me because every sentence in her email was a lie.

In late March 2018, the newly hired graphics designer started working on my logo and ad. I told her that I had submitted all the art work and texts to Jack Bash and she should get them through him. But she was unable to obtain the documents. Jack Bash had lost them. I had to re-send the documents again. This led me to believe that this was a scam and a reason Jack didn’t return calls or emails.

In May 2018, my logo and the ad were finally done. Both were sent to me in a low-resolution format. I could not print or do anything with it. I requested it be sent in a format that I could print and use. I also wanted to know where we go from here now that the logo and the ad is complete. I wanted to know if I could have a hardcopy of the ad to see if the magazine exists. I wanted to know if the 2yr offer still stand, and if yes, when does the countdown begin. Does it begin from the date I signed up or after the publication is in place? I had many questions. Because this company is excellent in ignoring customers, in the email, I demanded a response or I would go public.

May 15, 2018, Dustin, the Devil and a Retard, contacted me. He requested additional $95.00 for the logo. I refused because that was not the promise. I had to pay a Minnesota business to re-design my logo.

I have NEVER in my life experienced such a low-life individual as Dustin the devil. We were talking when suddenly this beast lashed at me with insults and mockery.

I was initially contacted by Danelle Ager via email on Nov 30, 2017. She indicated that they were working with Re/max Alliance in Albuquerque, NM and were looking for clients to join in meet & greets and be featured in a community guide book. She sent me options and pricing. I emailed back that I might be interested with a number of questions.

(I believe I misstated the amount - I paid 1500 then 300) The fine print indicated that it would take place in approx. 120 days from theh signing of the contract. On December 4, 2017 I was contacted by Jack Bash Director of Operations (cell #503-850-2318) asking for referrals. Then on December 4th 2017 I was contacted by Mary Bullock in the graphics department - she is a graphic designer and her direct ph # is 800-620-3790 X 321 [email protected]

By the end of December (the 27th , 2017 ) the art work was completed and I contacted them one month later - January 31st, 2018 to see when the community guide book was coming out. I was referred to contact Cassandra Gill the office manager to find out the details:

Cassandra Gill

Office Manager - Administrative Coordinator

Vendors United | National Headquarters

9045 SW Barbur Blvd., Suite 101 Portland, OR 97219

Office: 800-620-3790 x340 | Fax: 503-822-5783.

At that time I was informed that the books would go to printer in the spring and w/in two weeks they would send out rsvps. Then I followed up again May 29th, 2018 as spring is gone to find out what is going on. At this time I was told the books are going to printer this summer.

My sister, sadly was also taken by them because I told her about this great opportunity. She too had been contacting them for information. She then told me we should check the complaints on the BBB site - they have an A+ rating!!!! https://www.bbb.org/oregon/business-reviews/internet-marketing-services/vendors-united-in-portland-or-22952135/reviews-and-complaints?section=reviews&reviewtype=negative if you look through the complaints you will see they do the bait and switch. Almost no one has received anything in return for what they pay for.

Scam company

Vendor's united tricked us into signing a contract by telling us to reply confirmed to an e-mail to reserve our spot. This was on August 16, 2017. We tried to get our money back through a chargeback but they sent a letter saying, according to the contract they had 120 days after the contract was signed to deliver the problem. We are now in March 2018 and they have no idea when the book is even going to print. I contacted Coldwell bankers (the people the guidebooks are supposedly for) and they said that the guidebooks are not even theirs! They were contacted by vendor's united to put an ad on the cover, over 6 months before I signed the contract. Dustin oulette is extremely rude and loves to take advantage. They will not give me my money back but my credit card company is reopening the case so I may get it back.

This company is a scam. I purchased an advertising package for John L Scott that included advertising in a booklet and a networking event. I waited months and months and nothing ever happened. Each time I would contact them they were nice but would always say "it will go into production in a few weeks." Well, now it is a year later and still nothing, so I have filed a claim with my bank because the company refuses to give me a refund. Do NOT believe anything they say they are liars and should be shut down. UPDATE: I recently heard that John L Scott corporate office has now BANNED all satelite offices from doing business with these guys, explains everything.
