First off, they claimed I didn't send in the UPC, even though I made sure it was STAPLED to the rebate form. How they received my rebate form, but failed to receive the UPC I have absolutely no idea. Luckily, I had a copy of it and even though I was a bit confused, I sent it in. It was slated to arrive a month ago and 2 days after the check was supposed to come, I called them and asked them where the check was. They told me they could not do anything until a month passed and to please call back in a month. Well after a month and no check, I called again to see what was happening. Now they're telling me that the rebate offer was closed and they cannot do anything. Even though she told me it can take up to 6 weeks for checks to arrive and to call a month later, now she tells me that they cannot do anything and the offer is closed. These guys are obvious scumbags and scamming their customers. What an absolute disgusting company.
Purchased software from Newegg.com 4 months ago and 4 months later am STILL wiating for this company to pay the rebate. Calls and emails are met with useless canned responses and excuses. The company has a terrible track record and is obviously dishonest and intent on not paying the rebates they owe
