My husband and I went in for the first time to inquire about vaping and how to quit smoking. We were belittled to the point I cried when we got back into the car. I have never been treated like this in any retail location. A friend recommend for us to try Vape.Inc out, and when we went in, the place was full of smoke. There were a few people in there that really made me feel uncomfortable. A short hair chubby guy asked how he could help, and thus began the terrible service. We asked questions and was treated like we were stupid. My husband asked if there were other shops that we could go to and the chubby guy got upset and started talking bad about the other vape shops. I just want others to know that this is not what we expected from a vape shop, and for the buyer to beware and not give your money to a place like this. Terrible service and just an awful example of why vaping was not for us.
