This business/person has launched an illegitimate crowdfunding campaign soliciting donations based on false statements of fact - utilizing names of persons in a fairytale lawsuit. There is NO LAWSUIT.
The party claims that "the case has already become very expensive" and that those named have bullied, harrassed, threatened, etc. and that this is the basis of her need. I am one of those people named in the campaign.
Last year, I had a deposit on a kitten from this hobby breeder. The breeder kept the kitten and delayed refunding my deposit (attempting to give me other kittens reserved by others). She attempted to solicit an illegal firearm from me and had some one calling pretending to be an attorney. Janine Lapointe (or Liponte) stated she was an attorney of Beal & Beal lawfirm representing Vanillabelle.
The person was a phone clerk - not in anyway affiliated with the law firm she claimed to be an attorney in practice for except for occassionally hired to answer the phones - as so confirmed by the paralegal there.
The paralegal was not familiar with my name, any case associated with my name or even aware that the phone clerk had contacted me.
all of this has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission, NYS Attorney General, Local Law Enforcement, GoFundMe fraud, etc. and is currently under investigation.
