I have been financing my car from them for 2 years now. Well actuallly i've had 2 cars within 2 years with them..the first car would jerk hard and frequently. I took it back numerous times to get it repaired..I was told it was my breaks. They took almost a week to fix breaks, which i assumed would have been an in/out process. Yet, it still jerked. Jerking got worse.. They then said it was my motor mounts. Took my car back to them..they took a week to fix that. Car stopped jerking, for one day! Car started jerking AGAIN! This time they say its the transmission. They referred me to a transmission shop, which they paid for. The problem was finally fixed. A month later my altenator died out of no where. They towed it two days later, and took 3 days to fix that. 2 weeks later the altenator died again. I went crazy. Mind you the heat was broken. It was freezing that winter and i had no heat. They fixed the altenator again..after having the car for a whole week again. I asked them for 2 months straight to fix the issue that had my check engine light on. They never did through out all of the many times they had my car. It came time for me to get an emissions test but i couldnt due to the engine light. I ended up having to make them them switch out cars. One because that car had multiple issues they never seemed to fix and because i couldnt legally drive it due to not being able to take emissions test.
I was forced to start a whole new contract. I got a truck from them this time. Besides minor issues the truck was fine at first. But soon things went wrong with this truck too. My heat only works on one side of the car. the passenger side blows cold air all year round. I have had starter issues which they have "fixed" twice but i still have issues with the truck starting. My breaks failed on me while driving..they claimed to fix it, but then i later had break issues. They told me twice they changed the breaks but literally a week later my breaks were rubbing extremely hard...metal to metal. I went back made them fix that correctly. Now my truck is cutting off while im driving. Whenever i come to a stop it cuts off. I was told it was because i needed a tune up. They claimed first i didnt need one..a month later they claimed my truck was having the non starting issue due to not having a tune up, so they did a tune up. Now they are telling me its because of a tune up that they claimed to have done. They did this 2nd tune up yesterday. I had to buy the parts because they say they are under restriction. They told me they cant order parts. Sell cars. They cant do anything really but have the mechanic fix it. So I bought Told me my car wont cut off anymore. I drove home completely fine. This morning my car did the same thing. It cut off 7 times on me before i could make it to work this morning. I couldnt afford to miss another day seeing that i just had to take off yesterday because the issue started yesterday on my way to work and i almost was in a car accident due to my truck continuously cutting off.
I called in today to let them know the issue wasnt fixed. The best they could tell me is to come in monday and they will look at it. They say I can buy the parts and they will fix it, or I can wait until after the first. I'm just going to have it repaired and im going to deduct this from my future car payments.
