I happen to agree with what has been said above. Allow me to add another story about this joker. Carnegie has a number of people who are lettered mandates for him. In the case were his American Iranian mandate, Paymon, was trying to sell me ULSD, and at the same time, his brazilian mandate was trying to buy the same product, to sell to me! I know because the Brazilian mandate actually mentioned my company as being direct to the seller! What a laugh I had explaining to the Brazilian guy that he was working for a joker!

This is to notify everyone that i was involved in a petroleum transaction with the ceo / owner ames carnegie of utc-aus universal trade commodities of sydney, australia.
Ames carnegie proved to be a non-performer & time waster of 4 months as apparently he made claims that he could purchase the petroleum product only to find out that he wasted everyone's time and reputations as he couldn't fulfill the agreed and signed contract. It might be because he doesn't have any monies to purchase as he claimed he did.
