We went through the process for the 9k he told me my payments would be 280.00 due the 15th of every month for 36 months starting 1-15-16. Then he placed me on hold. Upon him returning to the phone he stated that due to my credit score begin under 700 they needed me to purchase a boost card from the local dollar general and put 280.00 on it and call them back.
After that they would transfer the 9k to my account and never touch the 280.00. I told him I wouldn't have the money til tomorrow afternoon. He is supposed to call me back. I checked the website out on line and found out that he BBB believes ustarcash is out of business. Loan companies never ask for money up front. The gentleman that was calling had a foreign accent and said that I had been approved for a loan anywhere between $1000 to $5000 of my choice. Being in hard times, I was like yes I can use this money to help out with getting caught up on bills. After being told that I had made it passed the verification process all I needed to do was talk to a representative. After saying yes, I researched the company and seen many bad reviews and decided not to go through with this. After getting on the phone with a gentleman named Kevin I proceeded to tell him that I was not going to go through with this. He tells me that there is going to be $199 cancellation fee that will be automatically debited out of my checking account.

Manager proceeded to ask me personal info about my income address job and account and routing number. Something didn't add up so I told them to cancel the application. I hope they don't go into my checking account because they have all my information.
