I purchased few items on-line. The company I purchased the items from "Big Saves" uses usnational-mail service as their shipping company. Items were shipped from New York to Chicago. It has been over ten days and I do not have the package yet. According to usnational-mail web site tracking, it took them 5 days to advance the package 23 miles, yes 23 miles in 5 days. The telephone # posted on their website is disconnected, I sent them e-mail but they never replied.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and Big Saves.
It is simply not acceptable, I tried to save few $$$ by buying from Big Saves but I guess I get what I paid for.
Big Saves should of never use usnation-mail as their shipping company. When I contacted Big Saves, they side with and defend shipping company by saying they are doing nothing wrong.
Both companies are terrible, stay away and go somewhere else.
