Bought 4 rims and tires for my BMW in September. Within 6 months, I had racked up 3 cracked rims that should have been covered under warranty. One employee, after the first rim cracked, told me they had stopped selling those rims and that I should box it up, send it back to them and they would refund my money. I didn't even have a chance to do that when the next two rims cracked. I don't live in an area with bad roads and potholes that could have caused this. I'm not inexperienced with cars, by the way. I used to own a European performance car shop so I know what I'm doing. I own 10 cars and do all of the work on them myself.
Called the company and got the "owner" on the phone. He didn't let me talk or get a word in. He was belligerent, kept telling me it was my fault and that he would not honor any warranty. The warranty terms are clearly defined on their website, and I definitely have a warranty claim. I have never dealt with such a rude person in my life. Their customer service is horrendous. I will never buy from them or recommend them to anybody. This company is the worst of the worst I've ever dealt with. Buyer BEWARE!
