I signed a contract with him dec 18 2015, he went to the bank jan 14th cashed a check for 15.000 dollars, never phoned me nothing I found out from the bank. He said he would have the job done in a couple weeks. on dec 18. he made plans to come here 3 times never showed. I did fire him for poor perormance, he never water tighted my leaking roof either i might add, so he called begging for the job i felt bad ok i said, now the same thing never showed, he quit on me in mid feb, told me he was done call his lawyer, he doesn't answer any of my phone calls, texts e-mail's doesn't return calls and this guy has 15.000 of insurance company money, he is a liar a bad business man. and this company is a horrible company. I would not use this company. look at the judical web site punch in neil ranciato, he has many cases for either ripping people off, as he did me, or trying to sue someone. i see why he doesn't show up for he day job , he always in court buyer beware of this guy and company.
