I don't like to be lured in with a false initial low cost, I think that's deceptive to begin with. The first two guys that came out, although nice enough, dragged the ladder across the back and sides of the house when doing the upper windows.
The second two guys who came to redo a couple windows left the hose running outside my house, not just a trickle, full on. Thank goodness I noticed it within the hour after they left, I only wonder how expensive that could've been. I give the company credit for coming back out and honoring their 30 day guarantee. I get the impression that the guys don't get paid much, survive on tips, and are a little less professional that other window washers I've used for less money. I did call the company and tell them all of this, and they were very understanding, but didn't offer me anything to compensate for it. Really upset they left my hose running, just a novice error.
