Malik zaman is now using a different business name. It is choice 1 realty llc. Used to be usa investors residency realty but both equal scam. Just google him on scamion or on google. Reviews are still out there. The one on zillow is gone since he deleted his zillow profile. Unfortunately, his daughter is sticking by her father's scam company. It was his wife and now still his daughter. They don't believe in hard work unless you call going to court suing innocent people hard work.
