On March 30, 2013, my wife and I but Acura MDX 2007 from USA Auto Sales & Leasing Inc., based on the understanding and guarantee by Julia and Andy (sales persons) that the SUV was in an excellent condition. We were given 90 days guarantee that USA AUTO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS SHOULD THERE be. Three days after we took possession of the vehicle there was a terrible rattling noise from under the vehicle. We contacted and took the vehicle to USA AUTO which then asked their mechanic to look at the vehicle and upon examination the mechanic suggested that we take the vehicle to Acura dealer for diagnosis. We took vehicle to Acura of Valley Stream and Acura of Brooklyn which both diagnosed the problem as a bad catalyst converter with a repair cost of $1600 plus tax. USA AUTO SALES $ LEASING was notified but refused to negotiate with us contrary to their promise at the time of sale. While still dealing with this problem, emission check engine light problem came on followed by alarm problem and the car refusing to start. We ended up spending over $5000.00 on repairs. When USA AUTO SALES & LEASING INC. refused to honor their promise to carry out the needed repair, we file a small claim with the the New York State small claim court and decisions at the initial and appeal stages were rendered in our favor. As at today, USA AUTO SALE & LEASING is yet to honor the court decision despite Sheriff attempts to collect the debt from USA AUTO. This is an example of ripoff company using insidious practices to defraud unsuspecting buyers and should be investigated.

I purchased a 2007 A6 from them March 28 2015.
Originally the car was priced at $6,999 with $3,000 down so I was excited about the fact that I could finally get the car I've been yearning for years right?!WRONG...suddenly after "running" my credit they needed $4,500 down which after a little bit of deliberation I figured it would work out to put that much down to lower the monthly payments...WRONG AGAIN!
After everything was finally signed and all I had to ask for a bill of sale when that girl Julia hesitantly gave me it showed the car price was $14,500!!!!!
I told her I didn't want the car any longer she explained that it'll be a $1,000 fee to cancel the contract so I left unhappily with the car I wanted.
When I finally got home I tried to take the key out of the ignition after shutting the car off It wouldn't budge,this issue continued the entire time I had the car.
Also there was a Tire Pressure System malfunction that they gave me the runaround to fix which they never did.
I never got my permanent registration in the mail resulting in me getting a bunch of tickets.
It's more to the store if you want to hear.
I am sorry about what they did to you and it doesn't surprise me one bit.
I have driven by the area numerous times and it appears they are no longer in business unless they relocated but there's nothing indicating such.
FUCK all of them honestly I hope they all wind up homeless for having ZERO shame in what they do
