I ordered 2 horse comforters from a Facebook ad that is still being displayed on FB. I ordered these on Aug 2, 2018 and it is now Nov 1, 2018. The first month they answered my emails and said they would tell me when they will be shipped but now I only get an automatic email saying my email has been received. I’ve sent about 20 emails to them. Beware don’t order any horse comforters that are advertised on FB. They don’t exist but they will take your money up front.
Orered quilt and shirt at the end of August and they have not responded or refunded our money. Facebook and Shopify should ban the advertisements of this company. This morning this is what I found:

Ordered tumbler cup July 25. Still not recd. Have sent 4 emails on status only reve automated response saying they will get back to me. Never did. Have changed names from Us Good Gear to I Media to Greatbuyaz.
I purchased a T-shirt for $13.95 on August 20th and paid for it with a credit card. I have contacted them multiple times asking for the merchandise or a refund. The response mails said "will look into the matter and get back with you." Now the website has completely been taken down! It appears they are SCAMMERS!
I placed an order on 8/21/18 and my account was charged the next day. I still haven't received the item. I emailed on 10/1 and again today but have received no response. Wish I would have searched the company sooner although all of the reviews here were after I placed my order.
Ordered a quilted blanket on Aug 14, 18 in a particular pattarn. The have never provided the product. Claims to have shipped it but it has never been delievered.
Order placed Aug 29 and received thank you email, I started asking for tracking number one week later. Sent quite a few emails and only received one response, they are checking with the shipping carrier..... SCAM

On July 26, 2018, I ordered three slogan tee-shirts from usgoodgear.com totaling $51.95.
After three weeks of not receiving my order or a shipping confirmation, I emailed their support address asking about the whereabout of my order. I was told that my order had already shipped so they could not issue me a refund, but that it would arrive shortly. That was the middle of August. It is now October 8th...I have again emailed the support team saying I would like a full refund and to speak with someone directly. No one has contacted me, and I have not received anything.
There is no phone number to contact and no address for the "business". The only way to contact them is through their "contact us" page on their website.
I am outraged and disgusted that someone would scam people out of their money this way.
I emailed back saying that I am going to take legal action if I am not refunded.
I purchased a tshirt as a birthday gift from usgoodgear.com. They promised shipment in two weeks. My purchase date was Aug 24, 2018. I have not recieved the merchandise or a refund as I have not received the merchandise.I have responded several times by email with no response. There is no phone number listed to call and ask for shipment delivery date. What a ripoff!!
I ordered a shirt August 14, 2018. Paid with my Visa debit card and as of today, October 3, 2018 i have not received ky shirt nor have i received an email from the company with an explanation.
I placed order #30189 on July 24, 2018 for a t-shirt. I used my credit card which they charged. I never received a shipping confirmation. I contacted the company to see if it had in fact been shipped. I received no answer. A couple weeks later, I contacted the company again, no answer. I contacted them a third time, still no answer.
All I have received is a notification that "Jami Poynter" (if this person actually exists) has received my emails, and my request has been updated, but I have never received a reply from them.
I did attempt to file a complain with the Better Business Bureau, but they could do nothing because they could not locate the company. How convenient for US Good Gear.
Placed order on the 23 of July for 3 shirts , quilt and window sticker over $100. I got a e-mail saying would be shipped on 10 days . I got a tracking number in that email went to page to track it there is no place to enter tracking number . I have sent a email everyweek now for 4-5 weeks . I recieved 1 message back saying it could take up to 30 days ok . Then no email has been returned after that .
Ordered 2 shirts after 30 days sent email was told 5-10 business days. Not contact since order never received. Tried several times to contact with no reply. Order placed and paid for on July 28, 2018
I ordered a gift online off FB. They charged my credit card on July 29th for $54.90, and have been waiting for this since then.
I have tried to reach out to them numerous times, with a email stating it was sent and it wouod take 12 - 20 days for delivery. Now, 2 months later and still nothing.

I left a complaint with Shopify and we have filed a fraud case against US Goodgear. It's shameful, US definetly doesn't stand for United States.
