We rented a bus for a day trip to New York. My salesperson never got back to me when I had pertinent questions about trip. I was told quote included tip for driver then found out it did not from driver so everyone chipped in unwillingly because our bus was awful. Bathroom had no water or hand sanitizer or lights and smelled horrible! People were actually getting nauseous in back of bus. Toilet didn’t flush. Headlights were so dim driver couldn’t see and water was running down inside of windshield as well as inspection sticker was masking taped on. Driver almost hit two cars he couldn’t see. Wheels in back we’re making noise as though they were going to fall off. Bus was dirty and very old not what we expected when we paid so much. Driver said a different driver drove the bus down that morning from New York to Boston then to New Bedford for our trip. Our driver didn’t know this bus. Tv/DVD’s player speakers only worked if you hit a bump. 4 1/2 hour trip reading lips on movie. Just a horrible experience will never use them again.
Taken advatage off since being from another state. Company started with a misleading website with a fictitious fleet of vehicles. We were ignored costantly and charged for electronic communication (email is free). The bus was old from a tour company. The bus was dirty, not mechanically sound, a smell of urine, no requested amenities, uncomfortable. Not what we requested.
