Wow! Where do I start? Complete waste of money, time, and resources. First off, after I ordered their service, no one contacted me to let me know that they received my order and someone will be contacting me shortly (That's usual professional courtesy). After 3 days of wondering if anyone received my order and is working on it, I finally had to contact them? It took them a day or 2 to reply to my email. Throughout the entire process I was never introduced to anyone or who would be assisting me with my campaign? They just sent me a blank form and said everything that they are doing for my campaign will show up on the form. Everything they advertise on their sight is false. No youtube promo, no blog placements, no radio placements. Only thing I seen was a couple of tweets for about a week about my campaign, BUT THAT WAS IT!! To make it worse, the press release they made for me was total GARBAGE! The release had misspelled words in it, the press release was supposed to be designed to peak curiousity to my music, but these people promoted my music by using words like my songs are decent and ok? Who is going to listen to music that's just Ok? When I would email them, either it would take days for them to get back or they would not get back at all! I say "they", because I wasn't told who was in charge of my campaign. Totally unprofessional, totally disorganized, and they have the nerve to charge pretty good money fo
After a few email communications, they did not respond or open media files I sent them to start the campaign. To date, they still have not communicated with me. This case is pretty obvious, open and shut, Cut and dry. This breaks it down pretty good. All I want here is a refund back to my paypal which I already requested to them.
