I found someone selling Siberian Huskies online. They said they were from Montana. The dog was advertised at $200. The person left their phone number and said they would only text, so do not call. I could tell their English was broken via text, but that didn't alarm me. They sent me photos of the puppy. I asked twice for them to send photos of it's parents. They said they were not there at that time. They then told me they were headed to a courier service that will be shipping the puppy with registered papers and i should expect delivery tomorrow. I explained that i didn't know them, and they didn't know me and I was hesitant about sending a check. They said not to worry i would be sending $300 (notice how it went up $100) to the courier service. After investigating more about UPX Courier service and this website, THIS IS A HOAX! Thanks alot W. I found an 10 week old poodle puppy on [email protected], and i reached out to the breeder letting them know that i would like to purchase him. After making the payment through Western Union, the breeder told me they would make the shipping arrangements.
They used UPX COURIER SERVICE. The gave me no proceeding information of what was the next steps. And then a handful of events started to unfold. I was contacted by that courier service to pay for PET DELIVERY INSURANCE for the puppy. I questioned why i need to pay that because the previous oqner should have dealt with that.
Reluctantly, i paid part of it and the breeder paid part of it. They said the puppy would be shipped and I would be receiving an email of delivery times. Then I get this email telling me that the money I sent Western Union was on hold. So I contacted Western Union and they said it was on hold because this company was just a scam and that I could come pick my money up.
So I called the the breeder and told him what had happened and I expected him to pick up my puppy and find another way to get it to me or I would be requesting my money back from him also.
After all of these events unfolded, i am convinced there were no frenchie to begin with in the first place. And by doing the research, i have found that this UPX COURIER SERVICE and USDA PETS INSPECTORATE have multiple fraudulence activities. There have been reports that these companies have scam many people.
First of all, if you are a legitimate breeder you would be very concern with the well being of your pup. Please be careful out there. There are so many scammers out there and they are heartless just to get to the money in your pockets.
Please do your research and dont fall victim like i did. Not only do i not have the puppy i have dreamt of, i have suffered from insomnia and stress from all of this.

The lady said that she would send them to me that I just had to pay for their travel ticket and I was fine with that the travel ticket was $250 The puppy was we're supposed to be delivered to my door I thought this was going to be a good thing but sadly no I was contacted by the UPX I was asked for 350 or $600 for electric crate. With only one number would call me and I was only given one number to contact. After I made the payment of $350 for the electrical crate to bring the puppy to New Mexico and I was told my puppy would be here at 9 am. Nothing. I keep getting emails that they want more money but stopped replying to them. They ask for $150 to $250 to $300 and lastly $490 more or just give me excuses why I have to pay.
