We entered into an agreement with United Solar Leads on 12/18/2015. The agreement was to buy appointments. We wired over $3,125.00 to United Solar Leads. To this date we have recieved two appointments. The communication with Rick Cline has been lacking. I have emailed and called several times, trying to reach him to keep the communication lines open. His reponses are below:

As a solar company I wanted to purchase leads for appointment with consumers, I originally spoke to rick cline, I told him my concerns about scam companies and he told me to try them pout that they even have a facebook page, which i verified, so i took the chance, they send me by Docusign the agreement that I would recieve appointments within 24-48 hours after I signed the agreement and asked for 10 appointments $1500 to be deposited into their chase account, when I asked about paying with credit card they told me they don't accept it anymore because other solar companies back charged the amounts and they lost money, so I in good faith decided to believe and take the chance, well BIG MISTAKE!, never received leads , when I tried to contact them they would respond 1-2 weeks later " we are sending the leads tomorrow via google calendar" of course they never did and this is now 2months later, no leads, no appointments and of course no refund. I have decided also to go further and report it to authorities fraud departments and I won't stop until they stop so no other companies will be scammed by them.

Chris seemed like a great guy on the initial call. I sent him $3000 for pre-set solar appointments. It took weeks to get anything on the schedule, and then I found out that they were fake leads at houses that were for sale. He kept open communication and always gave excuses. I thought this was weird because if it was a scam he would just run off with the money. Shortly after that, I lost communication. Chris is a scam artist. I have found that he has used several last names and he has scammed others. You can find him on Facebook as Chris Reynolds, VP of Caliber Green, a solar company. United Solar Leads is also listed on his profile. Buyer beware!
