Same as everyone else , I wish I read this before ordering
I ordered a knife , my credit card was charged , it sent me an email stating that something had been changed . Than another stating that my order was complete . That was over a month ago when I first ordered and was told that all together , it would be 15 days max. Obviously . these crooks need to be shut down . I have made a report with the BBB , but I know that only so much can be done for such a small amount , besides. If I couldn't get through …. how can they ? Do not fall victim to these online criminals .
On 6/11/2018 I placed an order for a knife advertised on their website. The order status was changed on 6/21/2018 and updated to "Completed". The site states single item orders take 2-5 business days for processing and then 5-10 days for shipping. It's now July 31, 2018 and I have not received my order.
I have sent numerous emails through their website and made multiple calls to their listed phone number during there limited phone call time frame. I have also posted messages on their Facebook page and have yet to receive any response in any form. My next attempt will be to contact the corporate office in Lakeland, FL and see if I can get any human response.
Unable to contact them as their phone numbers are invaild, tried their customer survice seveal time and never received a response. Total order $332.40 They seem to be a fraudluent business. Using the internet to rob people.
This company will take your online order, charge your credit card and never deliver your product. They do not disclose an email address and the phone numbers provided, even the ones listed on yellowpages.com have recorded message that is set up not go through to a representative.
I ordered from this company in the past and was satisfied... I decided to go through this company again and knew the took time on shipping so I paid extra to speed up the process... it’s almost been a month and still haven’t received my merch. If I knew it was shady I would had purchase from my local distributor that is knowingly legit. If you want a more legit exotic knife company go threw based out of Utah. They are $20 cheaper too
I have tried to reach a person with a pulse at this company for several weeks to find out what happened to my order? Can not ever get a real person and my messages have not been answered. I tried emailing customer service from their website and got no response.
I purchased a knife fron Unique Blades. They charged my account and I recieved no knife. It has been 2 months. I emailed the company, attempted to phone but no one answers. Total rip off
We paid for two orders on March 4th it said that 2-3 days to process then 2-3 days shipping we are past that! And when we try to contact by phone the company it says they cannot take our calls they are helping others and email or leave a message., Tried that for two days. Going to the website it says they are "updating software and securty but at the top of page on tab it says Account Suspended!!!!! We were cheated out of near $100.00 between the two orders these people will cheat you out of your money and you get nothing in return!!! Beware of them!!! Unique Blade is a Rip Off!!!
