My business has been operating for 6 years. I applied for a business loan. After sending all my bank statements, application and other business information, Gabe accused me of sending fake documents. He now has proprietary information and I'm not sure what he's doing with it. He is unprofessional and I would not recommend ever doing business with Gabriel or Unified Capital.
I have a right to dispute this claim, while going through her statements they came up as fraudulent bank statements and is lucky that we did not proceed to bring them as bank fraud to the attorney general.
Richard Sancho posing as a loan officer providing working capital cash advances for businesses not only misled my client and after taking her personal information on a supposedly "No Doc" working capital cash advance which is based upon credit card processing and revenue driven by sales, he then threatened my client when she said she was offered funds from another lender. I have advised my clients to seek an OP and sent a Cease and Desist letter to not allow this man nor his company to disclose my client's personal information. Without consent. Thankfully she has the federal disclosure on the bottom of her email which she maintains her rights to the personal information only in these emails with United Capital and Richard Sancho who willfully in writing stated that he was sharing her personal information violating Federal Privacy regulations.
Received a number of unsolicited emails from these idiots. Called them and they folded faster then Superman on laundry day. Don't bother trying to unsubscribe - that doesn't work. Stay on them and make their lives a nightmare.
These folks send daily financing spam that was unsolicited, ignoring remove requests per us federal law. We did not opt in for this and they seem to be doing it from several domains, all for questionable financing. I'd love to get my hands on them AND the source of their email spam list.
