I ordered a steel dock ramp in September 2017 that resulted to be the wrong fit. Since the +$1910 ramp was under warranty, I requested a representative with the knowledge come help us determine the correct size needed. The representative never came and after a few attempts to try to work with the ramp, we decided to return the ramp while the correct dimensions were deteremined. Although under warranty, Uline will only credit us for $500 and is now threatening to send us to collection for the ramp they have in their possession. They claim due to "chips" and "scratches" we are now responsible for the ramp we never could use. No protective cover is provided when this ramp ships. How can a forklift utilize the ramp without leaving a mark if no protection is provided. This is simply bad business practice and an attempt for a larger company to basically steal from smaller businesses. Plenty of attempts have been made to rectify the situation to no avail.
