First off, do not hire him, because he is not a proffesional cleaner. He and his team mates work was half done. Also, anything they did attempt to clean was not done right. I wanted my 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home cleaned (not including the basement; although one of the bathrooms was in the basement) After talking with Cass on the phone on a wensday for almost an hour he said he could come on the saturday morning. I discussed what I wanted and that I have been ripped off in the past by so called proffesional cleaners. I also told him I am a former proffesional cleaner. So, I know what should be done as a proffesional. I also told him my concerns with a two person team and said not to bring any employee still being trained. Later, when I was disputing his un-proffesional job the girl with him stated it was her first day as an excuse to why the jobs she did in my house was executed so poorly. I picked his gold package which includes 4 bedroom, 3 bath, and kitchen. Remember I have a 3 bed 2 and half bath home. I did this to ensure a good cleaning. I also asked for the deep clean add on of 80$.

I went with his company, because everything on the Web page was clearly stated as to what was to be done or included in the package. Once he and his team mate arrived I stated what was most important to me in the clean; which included all the floors and including the back entrance, bathrooms and kitchen deep clean. I was friendly when he asked about an hour into the clean to go get more supplys. I said that's fine he is not charging per hour and to get lunch if they had not eaten yet. So, they did. During the clean Cass kept asking me if I wanted this or that done and I said do whatever is included in the package. I felt like he was trying to up - sell me to add charges later. My red flags starting going off when he kept saying husband can do this later and also to leave the screens to be put back in the windows (which my husband ended up doing). Also, before they got there I moved most of my stuff off of the counter tops in the bathroom, kitchen and I moved my belonging in my bedroom unto the bed to help cut some time for them.

When Cass went to 'clean' my on suit he asked if I wanted my weight scale and trash bin on my bed!! I said, no, it needs to be wiped down and left in the bathroom. Later I saw my dirty scale and trash bin full of trash on my husband's pillow. Really nice, hey? My husband which works hard really and a pissy scale and full trash bin on his pillow!! Anyway, after he said he was finished is when I was so shocked as to what he called finished. Here is a list: No floors done. At all. I saw an attempt, but my 11 year old son would have done way better. Bathrooms not even half done. Backs of toilette missed, under toilette bowl, piss behind and around toilette and floor, shower and tub un-touched. Attempt at the sinks. Shower down stairs was done 'ok' of you were humoring a child's first attempt. In fact that is what everything that was "cleaned" by him and his team mate resembled. The kitchen. Oh the kitchen.

This is what was included in my deep cleaned kitchen: Front of appliances and a half a*s job at cleaning the microwave. An attempt at humoring me with a wipe down of the top of stove of which the range was not lifted up to wipe under the burners (llots of people don't know the range hood lifts, but if you are a proffesional you know this. Obviously this girl did not know). Counter tops not whiped, two pots I didn't get to clean myself were left and I guess an excuse to completely miss the kitchen sink. A childish attempt to wipe clean the window sill. Again, floors not done. At all. Also, no trash bins were emptied!..what kind of proffesional leaves the bins?! As well, when disputing the payment I told them that if you can scrap it off with a finger nail in the bath it should be cleaned off (this is a trade fact or statement you will learn if you have ever recieved any kind of proffesional training in hotels or private proffesional cleaning. So, the girl that was with him then made a rude comment about my "gel nails" I felt insinuated that I was better than her. Not sure what she was trying to say, but I told her it was un-proffesional and rude.

So, I sit here writing this on an un wiped table in my "deep cleaned" kitchen and I am telling you there are so many stay at home parents starting a cleaning business after they see real proffesional people making money. They do not know how to clean to a proffesional standard, but think they do and demand equal payment as a real cleaner. I am so tired of throwing my money away and having to clean my floors and bathrooms at midnight after Cass and his cleaner wasted my day taking to long to do a s**t job. I refused to pay for two bathrooms and he tried to charge me tax and I told him he would have to eat his tax. Mind you I was polite, did not yell or raise my voice, but this guy seriously thinks he's doing a good job? I had to tell it to him straight. Cass west; you are by no means a proffesional cleaner. I and other customers are not your doting mother who humors your efforts. If you worked for any legitimate company you and your cleaner would be fired. I encourage others to take it to small claims court as I am planning, because you do not deserve the 310 I settled with you just to get you out of my house. See you in court.
