I Had purchased custom sneakers from this company a year ago and after four weeks I recieved the pair and was happy with the product. Being that I was content with the product I wanted to order another pair for my nephew for Christmas. Considering that they're a custom order I was well aware that it would take a while to recieve the sneakers so I placed the order on November 27th.

After two weeks went by I received no information however my credit card was charged. I patiently waited a few more weeks...nothing. Christmas came and went and I still hadn't heard anything. By January I was irate with the fact that I hadn't heard anything and after countless emails to them nothing! Do NOT trust this company. Although their mercahndise looks amazing you will NEVER see it in person!

This company is a SCAM

I ordered Nike Roshe Run Packers shoes for my son after he saw them on Instagram. I placed the order on Jan 23, 2017 and they charged my CC $140 that day. I received an email confirmation saying it would take 4-6 wks and that they had the right to extend it an extra 2 weeks if they were backed up.

It is now Aug 31st and I still don't have sneakers!! I have written Dylan at the email address on the website MANY times and have received NO response. They extend the time to 60 days because it makes it harder for you to get your money back from your CC after 60 days.

I believe this whole company is a scam. I haven't seen ONE review of anyone saying they even GOT the shoes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They charge your card the next day and send a confirmation email but you will never receive your sneakers and they will not ever respond to your emails. They have no phone number. Scam!!!!!!!

Scam!!!!!!!

Same story here. Unfortunately it was my 15 year old daughter ordering with her debit back card. She waited until 8 weeks too say something to me but at that time it was obviously too late to get money back. That's why they have such a long wait time. $115 lesson learned. Poor kid is out her money and her boyfriend had no Christmas present. That was most of the money she save from Summer work. Twolive is a scam

Placed an order online, still haven't received my order, tracking number, email that my shoes have been sent out, no response to emails. Pretty much stealing my money.

I ordered from Two Live Customs in November 2016. I got a confirmation email from them that the shoes should arrive on 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I got another email stating that the shoes are delayed, it will be 6-8 weeks. I never received them, I ve contacted them several times and nothing. In October 2017, I got an email advertisement, I sent an email asking for an update, I got a response asking for the order number, I replied with it and no response. This business is a scam

This company has stolen money from my account

my son orded shoes that he has not recieved and can not get in contact with the company to get any imfomation and no responses to our emails and no address or phone number was given

On December 30,2016 I placed an order for some customized Alabama Nike Roshe shoes. I saw the shoes first on Instagram and LOVED them, so I then went online to their website and placed my order. The money (over a hundred dollars) was deducted from my account the NEXT day. Well I have sent DYLAN@TWOLIVECUSTOMS about 8 emails inquiring about my shoes and when they may be shipped. I have NEVER got a reply from ANYBODY!

I have now filed a fraudlant report with my bank to get my money back due to lack of response from TwoLive Custom shoes and will be getting my money back. It is one thing to take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery but to take longer than that is RIDICULOUS!

Since they have added to their website that they reserve the right to take longer... That was not there when I ordered my shoes or I would not have ordered them.

Somthing fishy about this company SO BUYER BEWARE!!! THE OWNER TO CONTACT IS GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE BUT YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM

Do not order custom shoes from this website. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order. Website states it takes 2-4 weeks to receive shipment. It has been over 8 weeks. My bank account was deducted right away. Contacted company 4 weeks ago via email. This is the only way to contact them. Got a response a few days later stating they were back logged due to Christmas orders. Stated it would be 2 more weeks. Still haven't received item and they will no longer respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. I will be contacting my bank.

I purchased shoes on November 3, 2016 for my son. I received an email receipt and $125 was charged to my credit card immediatley. I was given a 3-4 week lead time. I emailed them mulitple times looking for an update and never received a response. On December 18th, I received notification that the shoes were sent to the USPS. No tracking information was ever avaialble. I have reached out to [email protected] multiple times, over 10, and I have yet to have one response. This company has taken my money and after doing some research, I see they have done this to many others. The company is still advertising their custom shoes, telling people they will receive them in 3-4 weeks!
