Two Guys and Truck Reviews

If you want your moving to be more stressful than it already is than hire these guys.

Was told that they would be at my house sometime between 9-11am and showed up at 3PM. (4-6 hours late)

They charge you by the hour and guess what? They worked extremely slow purposely to charge me more.

Not only they worked very slowly but they continuously took breaks, set on my furniture outside and ashed their cigarettes on them before putting them in the truck. (I have pictures)

They quoted me a different price and in the end charged me double. Bait and switch like I have never seen before.

Couldn't provide a receipt for what I was being charged for and wanted to be paid only in cash (probably because they are not paying taxes).

Their boss/manager, Andrei T, is extremely unprofessional, rude and racist. When I asked them to have their manager call me since they were not able to provide me with receipt (which is extremely shady to begin with) Andrei called. Without even introducing himself he said and I quote "Just f***ing pay the guys and these games go play them back to your country, as***le"... what kind of businessman speaks like this?

Avoid this business. I utilized them for a recent move. After the move, I noticed a clear coin purse was missing. It had less than $10 of change, which was not an issue. However, with my suspicions arisen, I looked into my storage drawers where I had kept a gold ring (family heirloom) and this it was missing. I asked to have the truck searched and then the owner called me and implied that I was either lying or misplaced the item myself. I understand defending your own employees, so I continued to search everywhere in both my old apartment and current. After doing so multiple times, the only conclusion I can come to is that it was either stolen or lost by these guys during the move. It's my own fault for being so naive and trusting, but I hope this serves as a warning to all future potential customers. I didn't mind when they told me we needed to change my move time the day before. But valuable family heirlooms going "missing" is pretty much where I draw the line. After reporting on Yelp, I started receiving insulting profanity filled e-mails from the owner calling me a liar. After many months, I've noted that the owner has gamed Yelp and pays others to have them take down their bad reviews. I just want anyone out there looking for a moving company to avoid these guys at all costs.
