They refuse to provide warranty service and will not return my warranty money $549. I have called and emailed repeatedly. Everytime I reach them, they say someone will call me back, but they never do. I purchased an in-home repair warranty and I am well within my warranty period. Having done internet researtch now, I find they have done this same thing to many, many others. This company is despicable and a ripoff.
This company is a ripoff. Classic bait and switch. Offer one product at a low price, then when you try to order, it is "unavailable for some reason, at which time they offer a different model or product at a significantly higher price. Buyer must Beware! Do not buy from this company.
DO NOT do any business with this company. We purchased a tv from them and in less then 2 years, it has pixelating line from top to bottom on right side. We had a year from manufacturing warranty, so we thought. Took an extra 2 year in home warranty. They are not honoring it and hang up on us and are very rude. We bought a 60" Samsung smart tv. Found out thru Samsung that there is no warranty from them because they don't honor warranty on 3rd party sellers who are unauthorized to sell their products...it is a bait and switch. The guy told my husband, for a few 100 more he can give us the next years model...Well found out they are refurbished or discontinued tv's they sell for the profit..Plus we were supposed to get free shipping and it costs over 500.00 in shipping. Came in a white van with Bob's on it...like a back alley deal. Needless to say, it has been over 6 mths, cause Robert says he has to find a new panel (screen). That won't happen because they don't make plasma's anymore...now we need a lawyer to take them to court and if anybody has an address for this place it would help. I have come up with 2 addresses. One lawyer said they can't even find them...Any info would help.
TV Superstores online business , selling TV. On november 28 , 2015 days after thanksgiving this company advertised discounts for the TV they are selling.I ordered one 65'' TV curved and I received a confirmation for my order. Order number was 79791. In the confirmation it says that I will receive my order 7-10 business days.I waited and TV never was delivered.I called customer service and they said they don't have this TV in stack ,but the guy said that they ordered and I had to wait two more weeks again to get my order. I waited two more weeks and TV never was delivered.I called them again and the guy who answered the phone said they were still waiting and I had to wait also. December holidays, Christmas and new year celebration are gone and I had no TV . Now is end of January and these guys never send me the TV .
