I purchase online the LG model # 55EF9500 oled 4k 3d TV. TV worse in most of the local stores about 2999. TV.SUPERSTORE offer the tv for 2,179 with free shipping online. I purchase the tv and few minutes after the TV Superstore rep called me and talked me the model i purcahse online was an older version and i was able to provide me the new version for 2,799 and he will send someone fron NYC store to my house to deliver the tv and conect the tv. I wait all day long at home on saturday with no luck. I called and email saturday and sunday and store was closed. At that point and after i read all bad feed back from this guy i called my ank to reverse the charges. On monday i gave him a courtesy call to let him know what happen and he called in try way call the driver and the driver said he did not know anything about this delivery. At that point he offer me to go down from 2,799 to 2,699 for the inconvinience and i told him that i want to cancelled my order and he told me if i do i will have to paying for the delivery he never did and i dont have time for you and if you dont pay the 125 dollar delivery i will get the bill to a creditor and damage your credit.Beware with this guys are a scam. For most of the review i have read he used the same metod to a lot of people. Advertise something cheap and when you buy it he call you or send you an email to make you buying the tv at the regular price but they never do wath they offer. In my case the new invoice was never sent to my and the tv delivery day never happen. On top of that i got a very bad attitud when you told them ou want to cancelled. i learned from this that to save couple hundred dollar doesnt worse it. If God for bit something happen to your purchase nothing better that going to your local store and return.

SCAM!!

Ordered an LG OLED TV from them. I got a call saying that the one I had ordered had an 8 bit screen and that LG wouldn't warranty it, but I could pay another 1000 to get the TV described.

When people going to learn...

My friend purchased from them a TV about half year ago, despite me telling him not to fall for it. He had to pay over 300$ more to actually get it and in the end it was not model he ordered to begin with, but a "substitute model" he could get for less in local chain without all that hassle. Question is, when you going to learn, that there is not enough profit margin on even 65" TOP MODEL tv at this point to take it down 20% or more? People who fall for cheap route basically feeding those sites and there is legion of them at this point. If TV is 2799.99 all over, it cant be 1699 with free shipping, plain and simple. There are no miracles, no Santa 's and no fairies. It could be 2100-2250 if you annoy salesperson for long time somewhere locally with no gimmicks. Those sites advertise on purpose models below cost to play later warranty/accessories (that almost does not work anymore), domestic/foreign models (there is no such thing), better motherboard (bwahaha), and 100 more things they invent each day. Stop feeding them, buy from reputable (and yes not so free) online merchants or local. If its too good to be true, IT IS.

This "company" is horrible and a complete waste of time. I ordered two 75" TV's from them for my boss, thinking they'd arrive within a week. Nothing had arrived, so I called them to see what was up. They said we needed to sign a waiver to release the TV's as a "final sale", since we were not buying a warranty. I gave them my email to send the form: never arrived.

I called two more times to request the form, and it never came, not even to my spam folder. I finally gave up and cancelled the order. On the phone, they sound like they don't care if they lose a sale or not, anyway: they sounded like nonchalant ghetto rats who have never bee taught customer service in this lifetime. Too bad I didn't read the reviews about them before I ordered, because I could've saved myself the misery and headache of dealing with these unprofessional clowns. DO NOT BUY HERE.

They are a scam.

Please don't buy anything from this store. They are scam artists. I ordered a projector and I don't even know if they have one but they take the order and never respond.
