I ordered and paid for the Turbo Pro cleaner on 5/10/19 and never recieved. Keep getting same message they will ship. Haven't heard anything from them in probably 90 days from Lester Smith at company. He did try to charge me a 20% restocking fee if I wanted refund.

When I denied them doing that I haven't heard from them at all. I said you failed to meet delivery in timely period therefore I should not be charged restocking fee for a product that was never shipped or possibly made. Prior to that email they kept sending a canned message. Same as what others reported.

I still want a refund.

I have a 22 email thread starting on May 3,2019 confirming my purchase of a Turbo Clean Pro until last month when they stopped responding.

My emails:

Will someone please respond to me. I ordered this in May. I dont have money to just throw away. Please send me a refund for the product that I paid for and never received. I am no longer interested in your product and I will continue to email until I get some sort of response or refund. This is crazy. Just refund my money!!

We also ought to realize that our item distribution come in batches, and expected delays would occur.

At the moment we could not provide you an exact date of shipping and delivery. However, the bottom line here is, we will definitely and ultimately have the goods shipped successfully. We would then provide you a tracking number, which you can use to track your package online soon. If you're prepared to wait a little longer, we'd be very grateful for your patience.

Ordered product in June and have not received it as of September. Keep getting generic responses. Have requested full refund do to lack of product on their end and they are refusing to deliver product or refund my money.
