I paid 3000 dollars to have a storage she dinstalled they said it would take them 8 weeks to come to do the install I paid 300 dollars to have the ground leveled before they showed up and when they got there they did not want to do the install claiming that the ground was not level but the worker was just being lazy and flat out did not want to do it. Then he tells me we have to pay another 250 dollars to reschedule for them to come back in 2 more months so at that point I told him I just want a refund for my money and he said no prblem but it will cost 15% which is 450 dollars this place is seriously a joke buyer beawre do not do business with this place you will surely be sorry.

I bought a TUFF SHEd for $4,500.00 and didn't get what I paid for. After the shed was built in my backyard I had to fix many problems they left me. They gave me 60 days to apint the shed in order to be registered for the warranty. While painting the shed I noticed bent nails all over the outside of the building that I had to remove and put in new nails in their place. Some nails broke off at the head causing me to have to grind them out and fill the holes with chaulin in order to look good. They broke the vent and just left it broken. Their left huge gaps between the window framing on the outsides that I had to chaul everything in order for water not to damage the shed. The door would not close without slamming it. The work bench was made in two top sections of plywood that were left uneven and I had to take apart and shim up in order to be level.

I left e mails with their administrative assistance 110 Emily Tinaco and never received a reply.

Emily wanted me to give Tuff Shed a great review the same evening that the shed was put up in my yard. I explained to her that it was dark outside by the time the shed was complete and that I would give her a report as soon as I can check it all out. I got back to her within a few days and told her of all the problems that I encountered with the workmanship. All the mistakes that were done by the workers were left and never made any attemps to fix their problems.

Since I only had a few days of work I decided to hurry up and paint the shed. While painting the shed I had to repai all the damage I seen and finished painting the shed instead of painting over the bent nails and broken vent, etc.

I would of liked some kind of reimbursement for all the work and time I had to put into this project which they should of fixed. They offered to come and do some repais on their scheduel which did not work with my days off. The work on fixing all the bent nails and all the nails that were driven way apst the face of the outside plywood was already fixed since I was not going to paint over the damage and have to paint again once they did the repair.

My main complaint is that Emily would not ever answer any of my questions. and I did tell her that I would be making a review once I finished fixing the shed.

I paid 44,500.00 for something i had to work on myself. there are plenty of other companies that build wood sheds and if I had to do it over again, I would go else were than here.

I am not satisfied with their work. Once they cashed my check, they forgot who I was.

Terrible place to do business with. I have pictures of all the mess ups they did, but not sure if I can post them here. If I can I will.

Please check other companies before doing business and wasting your money here.

I talked to a Mr. Hyman-General manager of The Tuff Shed Company in the Houston Area. He said that he did not have time to help me with my complaint and that he would have a salesperson to call me back. That was in October 2016. No one called me back.

In November I received an email from a Mr. Juan Contreas of Customer Service, trying to sell me a new Tuff Shed Building. This was the very first time I had receive an email from Tuff Shed.

I have purchased (2) Tufff Shed Storage Units for (2) different locations that I own. The buildings have rotten wood all around the outside of the units. Pieces of wood have fallen of of the units.. My stored items inside the units are exposed to the elements, insects, snakes, etc.

I emailed mr. Juan Contreas with my complaint and he never even acknowledged that he received my email. That was in November 2016.

The salesmen that sold me my units at different times said that they had a Lifetime Warranty .That statement was the main reason I made the purchases.

Yet now, I cannot get anyone to repair or replace my buildings.

I am hopeing that you'll will help me resolve this issue.

I recently purchased a Tuff Shed through Home Depot . I wasn't able to be home on date of build but when I got home I inspected shed and I saw alot of the lumber looked like scrap. The lumber for framing was gouged, cracked and splintered I immediately contacted the Tuff Shed manager and was told lumber used in construction grade and this is normal. I had been to the Home Depot lot where they have the display models and of course none of the display models have issues with the quality of materials. Tuff Shed advertises their product to be of high quality and I paid for high quality. I have asked for a discount on shed considering its condition I called the Tuff Shed corporate customer service and was told this would not happen. I feel ripped off and am going to pursue other means to collect what I feel I'm owed.
