Les Walker up Tucson Arizona scammed me and my friends out of thousands of dollars on a real estate scam Plus Rental scam. Les Walker goes around representing businesses, properties, an apartment complexes and takes your money with the promise that you're going to have a place to live. He has been getting away with the fraud in the public for years and how he's gone on prosecuted beats me.
In posting this complaint I already noticed there was another complaint on the internet from somebody else that he gets scammed hundreds of dollars. He has a real estate company called Tucson rental and his email address is [email protected]. his phone number is 520-722-0344. Les Walker targets his victims by reading the housing wanted ads on Craigslist.
He then contacts unsuspecting victims telling them that he can get them in on a fantastic deal all they have to do is just pay first month's rent and pay less walk-in exorbitant finder's fee of five to six hundred dollars. Of course after you pay him the money you find out shortly after that you have nothing to show for it. Beware of this guy and call the police if you get scammed by him.
