On Feb 2 2017 bought patio cover from tubular systems, they told me it would take 2-4 wks to deliver. When each time I called they never returned and answer. Finally I got in touch and they told me it would be 4-6 wks after I get permit.
It had already been four months and so I refused the item since they had not even fabricated it anyway. I was called a b***h by the owners wife and she said she was going to refund my money and she did not. The scam to buy more time was you have to have permit and 4-6 wks they give you install date. it is not on the contract at all.
I want my 289.59 refund back. i have found someone else to build it for me.
