They had a case study program where I took a loan out to pay for their water filter and they would send me checks after I filled out a survey every month. They stopped sending checks even after I completed their survey.

I paid their loan off regardless of them not fulfilling their monthly payments and now they are threatening me to collect whatever money they sent me.

Jeff Taraday promised me payment for the case study but it never came because he said it was lost in the mail. He then switched to PayPal payments but that didn’t work out because he said the company was going through a restructuring due to overpaying customers $2.5 million incorrectly.

That’s really their fault for having lousy accounting and compliance for the case study that’s not really supported by any healthcare professional nor medical data. The whole company is a Ponzi scheme and now I’m on the hook for the balance with the lender, United Midwest Savings Bank (who’s probably in collusion with Trusii from Day 1).

Jeff and his shady associates should be stopped and shut down operations before they prey on other poor victims!!

I became a part of trusii's "research program" in the spring of 2019.

Trusii sells tablets and machines for molecular hydrogen. I was told that I had been approved and accepted into a 36 month paid in home case study program. "This case study will pay you $350 per month for 36 consecutive months in exchange for your participation and vital feedback."

I was sent a very expensive molecular hydrogen machine, but told not to worry because the monthly checks would come a few days before my financed payment would arrive. All this was in exchange for filling out a health history and updating my progress each month, and posting on social media.

However, in total I have received only 1 check to date. Each month the requirements have changed and become more complex, including making videos. More recently, I received an email saying that if I made any negative comments about the company in my posts, I would be dropped from the study. So the company has changed the requirements regularly. They have not paid, although I have faithfully followed the new requirements (regardless of how ridiculous they now are.)

Now I am stuck financing a ridiculously priced machine. And to make matters worse, it has stopped working. I contacted trusii about the matter, and they told me that they would "only" charge me $382.50 to get the machine fixed!!!!

I was introduced to their product through a friend of a friend, they said the technology offered all sorts of health benefits, and that it had Molecular Hydrogenated water that was super potent. They also offered a case study because of the dramatic effects, where they wanted me to finance the machine for 6500 , and then promised to send me an amount equal to my monthly payment each month.

They were supposed to email me a monthly questionairre and steps to complete to get my monthly check, which included going on social media and touting benefits. The monthly questionairs were here and there and never sent to me consistently, the machine built up mold pretty quickly, buttons wouldnt work, and started leaking which they never assisted with repairing.

They sent a few checks and then stopped. hundreds of people are stuck in this ponzi scheme with 6-10k in financed machines that do not work, and if they do work they are no where near the potency promised, AND most people havent received any of the promised checks or payments from Trusii, its a ponzi scheme thats falling apart on them

Scammed hundreds of people into joining a case study where they would receive payment for their water system feedback. The case study participant either pays for the machine themselves or finances it. If financed, trusii would pay their payment for them (to the client).

They kept the program going for one year before stopping payments and no longer communicating with the case study. They’re being sued currently. Their CEO was arrested for fraud. This story has been covered by many news outlets. They scammed at least 500 people into this study.

Some paying $10,000 for a water system. We paid $6700 for this system, it doesn’t produce the amount of hydrogen promised and also has never been serviced. We were promised filters and help with the machine and my service requests went unanswered.

They stopped paying the $200 a month they owe me for the study. They even created their own "audit” and went back and decided is owed them $400 back for months they thought I didn’t do my duties. I had proof of this so now they’ve stopped harassing me for the money but have not answered a single email of mine asking when they pay me the $1200 they’re back on payments on-

not to mention they owe me for the remainder of the care study. The water system was supposed to be free.

Trusii poised themselves as a health and wellness company that was making a revolutionary water machine that was able to infuse molecular hydrogen into the water. Molecular Hydrogen does have the potential to have many health benefits, and in other countries its widely used.

They tricked people into participating in a case study, where if they purchased, or finananced a $10,000 machine (through a lender Trusii provided) they would in turn pay you each month for your reviews, reports, and data on the effectiveness of the hydrogen water. I took out a loan with their lender, and performed my monthly duties on time, which I have proof of.

They sent me one reimbursement check, and then the payments stopped coming. They had many excuses like "growing pains" and a partner leaving the company and leaving it in disarray. A few months later I found out that hundredes of people were being told the same lies, and not being paid for the participation.

Leaving us all with huge loans taken out for a machine that most say does not even work the way it should, and many people have reported getting sicker, and have found mold in their machines.

We Drank the kool-Aid that Trusii provided. Originally excited about the hydrogen water cooler & water product. Was excepted into the case study. This is where the bait and switch took place. I take out a loan for $10,000 for this fabulous machine. I rave about it on every social media Avenue.

I am reimbursed every month. I receive one payment. This is where it all unraveled their was never going to be any more payments to anyone. Jeff Taraday figured out a big Ponzi scheme. How he could convince general knowledgeable people to take a loan which the money goes to Trusii. He never had any intention of paying anyone back.

Everyone is stuck with broken, moldy non-functioning machines. We were fortunate enough to produce enough evidence to LendingPoint who was our lender for the loan. After their investigation they have forgiven our loan we are one of the lucky ones.

This in no way excuses the behavior of truancy and everyone else was on the hook through several different lending institutions while some people pay cash other people paid on their credit card they're stuck. Trusii has to be stopped everyone needs to know what a Ponzi scheme , a thief a liar Jeff Taraday is and everyone else who works for truancy.

Each month they would change the criteria of the study. and say you can't get paid because you did not complete the study requiements.

When you prove that you completed the requirments, sometime they would pay a month with a promise they would catch up. but never did. I am over $1,500.00 owed so far.

This has happen to over 400 people and counting.

Cris Kennedy one of the owners has a record already for fraud, and another case pending.

Starting in April '19 in Trusii's case study, the company claims the machine I purchased from them is a health product that is a "revolution". This molecular hydrogen machine is said to produce 5-9 Part Per Million of hydrogen water. There is data to support this technology, but Trusii's machine is built very poorly via a Korean manufacturer for less than $800 USD. Trusii sells it for $10,000. I financed it through United Consumer Financial Services. They're also liable for this scam of a product

Trusii's pitch to get someone such as myself to purchase such an expensively sold machine is that they pay you monthly for completing 3 tasks; a phone VM review, a survey and a social media post. Trusii then agreed to send me most of the money to pay for the loan. After 3 months, they stopped paying for the case study, leaving me with the $10,000+ loan including interest.

They offered me a water machine that molecularizes the water, I had to meet some monthly requirements, which I filled out, in return they paid for the machine, now the machine was damaged, they are not paying it and it's my turn to pay 198 dollars Month by month, if I don't pay my credit is damaged. What I can do? The machine supposedly cost $6.000.00 I'm desperate.

They enrolled me in a supposed (health) case study for a health device wherein they agreed to reimburse the loan payments for the device in exchange for participation in the study. They stopped reimbursements, leaving me with a loan for over $10k.

And the machine they sold not only broke, but they provide no servicing/repair whatsoever despite the agreement. So I don’t even have something of any value or use.

Apparently the machines also get moldy - if they don’t break first.

And then they also threaten clients/customers/victims with retaliation if they share anything negative about their experiences publicly.

And they also lie incessantly when it comes to just about everything (including pretending to have a service/repair department).

This company is a scam. They offer a "case study" where participants pay up front for a molecular hydrogen machine and they reimburse you the full amount over 36 months.

Not only did the machine stop working, it never produced the amount of hydrogen they claim. I received reimbursement for 12 months and then they stopped paying.

MSNBC did an investigative report and there is a Facebook group with over 400 members and we have all experienced the same thing.

I was contacted by Trusii that I was accepted into their case study on concussions and would be eligible to be paid for participating in their study. They were to pay me monthly for my monthly feedback as well as social media reports. In return, I signed a loan agreement to "purchase" the machine, in which they would send me monthly payments before the loan payment was due.

First few months everything seemed good, but then it quickly went downhill.

First the machine became non operational and they had no service techs able to fix it. Shortly after they monthly payments stopped even though I was completing my obligations.

I along with hundreds of others are in the exact same position in that we all have non functional machines, our monthly payments from Trusii have long stopped and we are on the hook for a high interest loan in the amount of $10,000.00 for the machine.

Please steer clear of Trusii and Co Owner Jeff Taraday or CEO Chris Kennedy.

Trusii executives Chris Charles "CK" Kennedy (albiet never an owner on paper) and Jeff Wienir Taraday are engaging in a Ponzi scheme with the trusii H2 case study. These guys are predators. They have taken advantage of people who are sick and were looking to molecular hydrogen water to help them get better.

Everything was fine for six months, but then payments started to come later and later. I started questioning this program, so I reached out to my friend who referred me. I was then sent a request to join a Facebook group. Once discussions were had with members of the group, I found out that Chris Charles "CK" Kennedy has a long history of criminal activity and trusii was his next big scam!

Trusii receives between $7,000 to $12,000, per machine purchase dependent upon which unit the case study participants chooses in exchange for feedback on how molecular hydrogen water is affecting their health.

The case study participant agrees to post their findings on a monthly basis via social media, fill out a questionnaire, leave a voicemail on their progress and send an email to [email protected] telling trusii what/where/when they have posted and that requirements have been fulfilled. In addition, after completing tasks, trusii would issue a check or PayPal payment to cover the monthly payment to the lender.

The Trusii water machine company is selling Hydrogen water machines that do not work and are so poorly made that they will completely shut down after a couple of months. I was invited to what hey called a Case Study to use and test the machine by Jeff Taraday a co-owner of Trusii. The offered me the $10,000.00 Trusii Molecular Hydrogen machine for free as long as promised to record my results.

The catch was that they would have to sign up for financing to secure the machine and they promised they would take care of all the payments. Jeff Taraday said that I would not have to worry about a payment and that they require people in the Trusii case study to get financing so people don't steal their machines. Sounded fair enough at the time. They came highly recommended by several very influential people.

I secured the financing and started making payments - Trusii would send me a handwritten check each month ( I thought this was strange) and I would make the payments. I was making payments for 4 months before the machine even arrived - this should have been a red flag.

Part of the requirements for the Trusii case study was that I would have to fill out a form explaining my results and how I felt after 30 days of use and then I needed to post about my experience on my social profiles. I did this the first month and then the machine broke. It was impossible to in touch with anyone at Trusii and I was getting the run around through email. It was right after this that I started seeing other people having the same issue with their machine. Then they stop sending payments to all the people in the case study .

Turns out that almost all the machines break after a few months and they dont even produce the molecular hydrogen water to the specs that Trusii claimed. The machine was basically a really expensive water cooler.

I also found out that they enrolled hundreds of people in this case study, required them to take out loans and then stopped paying after a few months. Not only that they are sending everyone in the case study emails and letters threating them with collections and a lawsuit if they don't pay back the money that they received as part of the case study. Jeff Taraday and Chris Kennedy are true scam artists and not only ripped off hundreds of people but they are still trying to keep the scam going by sending out these empty threats.

If you have been scammed by Trusii and have received these emails and letters from Jeff Taraday and Chris Kennedy DO NOT PAY THEM! They can not take any legal action against you they are trying to preempt any lawsuits that are coming their way . They are also running out of money and are desperate.

If you are part of the Trusii Ponzi Scheme case study and have been ripped off you are not alone. There are hundreds and hundreds of people in the same situation. We created a facebook group please join it so you are not alone and you know what to do next Fight Trusii Facebook Group
