Trusii Reviews

My brother and I used some of our inheritance money to purchase a machine from Trusii outright without financing and we were part of the case study. We did receive some checks but not always. I was constantly chasing Trusii for months of checks they owed me but never paid. I always completed my surveys except for when our machine was broken and I was unable to drink the water. Eventually, after not getting paid for over 3 months straight I withdrew from the case study.

  • Mar 17, 2020

Trusii sent me a hydrogen water machine as part of a "case study." I had to finance the $6,720 machine through United Midwest Bank and they would send me $240/month for 36 months to cover the payment and interest. In exchange, I was to post videos on social media about my results using Trusii.

A few checks came but quickly stopped coming, the machine broke and no one would return calls or emails. For over a year I've had to pay for a broken machine that never made hydrogen water and has made a lot of people sick due to mold. UMWB is the only lender that isn't forgiving these loans due to FRAUD/Ponzi.

Now I'm stuck with a broken machine and a loan I'm paying on for something that never worked.

Trusii promises to pay for a medical case study program. Promises to pay monthly for participation in a reporting on your health progress after drinking the Hydrogen water problem is they make you finance the $10,000 machine from a third party and don't reimburse you.

You get stuck with a 10k loan and them don't reimburse you. They even go as far as sending you an invoice that you owe them money. They give promise to people who are desperate to recover from chronic illness but cause more damage through the financial stress they leave people in.

I am here reporting a Ponzi scheme, and this is my story: The company Trusii is based out of Florida and is focused on products for hydrogen rich water, considered in the scientific literature to be a potent antioxidant and antiinflammatory. Given that I have some pretty serious health issues and severe chronic lower back pain, I started using their tablets.

I strongly believe the science supports the use of hydrogen rich water. Approximately one year ago, Trusii contacted me and offered me to participate as a research study participant (NEVER intended to be a marketing program).

They would send me one of their hydrogen water generating water coolers (approx $9K) at essentially no cost to me- this is how it would work: I would be approved for a loan covering the cost of the machine upfront; then in exchange for some pretty basic monthly requirements, I would be compensated on a monthly basis an amount equivalent to the loan's monthly payments.

I agreed, and United Consumer Financial Services provided the loan. The first few months were uneventful, and things transpired as promised. However, by March 2019 a number of irregularities started happening: the March check bounced, the payments were late. When inquired, they said I hadn't met all my monthly responsibilities.

When I rebutted with proof that I had, they promised they would reinstate the account and provide all late payments (which has still not happened). In the midst of this, I found out about hundreds of other people who were going through the exact same situation as me: the machine is not being serviced, nobody responds, payments are late, messages are inconsistent, the responsibilities required have been changed.

Trusii keeps giving excuses to explain the delay, but I've come to find that everybody is being given the same (fake) explanation. To make matters worse, they then started THREATENING me with added costs and collections if I didn't leave favorable reviews for them. They increased the requirements, the increased the expectations.

They never paid me, they never answer emails or inquiries, and they have continued to harass me. I am at a loss, my loan still has $6k outstanding balance, and this has taken an enormous amount of time, effort, hardship, and emotional drain. I've contacted United Consumer, but they have told me they will not interfere.

I filed complaints with the BBB, the FBI, and the offices of the attorney general in California (where I live) and in Florida (where the company is located). Trusii has threatened anybody who speaks up against the company.

  • Jan 29, 2020

On April 2019, I entered an agreement to participate in a case study with trusii, wherein trusii has participants take out loans from one of their lending partners in order to finance a molecular hydrogen machine, and promises its customers to reimburse them monthly for nearly the entire loan over the course of 3 years, in return for providing monthly testimonials, answer monthly questionnaires, and promoting trusii on social media, etc. My loan was for $13,000.

I received my monthly compensation check the first month. Since then I have not received any of the agreed upon monthly compensation. I have contacted the company repeatedly about this issue. In response, they ignored my calls and emails.

Eventually I was able to speak with one of the CEOs, Jeff Taraday. He reassured me that he would personally make sure that the checks should have sent to me, that they would be sent to me as soon as possible, and that the reason I was not receiving the checks was because the company was having 'growth pains'.

It has now been several months; I have continued to try to resolve the issue fairly with them, but I have consistently been ignored--and I have not received any checks, despite fulfilling my monthly requirements.

Moreover, since a few weeks ago, I no longer even have the molecular hydrogen machine! I returned it and expressly stated to trussi that I will no longer participate in the case study, until a fair resolution can be agreed upon. I have not heard from trusii.

And it is very important to note that there are hundreds of others in the same situation, all of whom testify to the fact that trusii is failing to pay case study participants money it had promised. But please don't take my word for it: Christina Farr, a technology and health reporter of CNBC (https://www.cnbc.com/christina-farr/) has written an article for CNBC exposing trusii's wrongdoings, where she notes how wide-spread the issue is: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/09/14/trusii-hydrogen-water-left-customers-complaining-of-a-scam-bad-debt.html

All of this is hardly surprising given the CEO's criminal record: Christopher Kennedy, the CEO of trusii, faces criminal charges, and is currently free on bail. He was arrested February 2019 on five criminal charges (one for second-degree organized fraud and four for third degree grand theft. Farr mentions this in the article linked above, and it is attested to by court records: https://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/Christopher_Kennedy_39898700/?fbclid=IwAR0gfrX4FZOde5Zgo6kB2RE4mN0npfmJKOU-VeQ1i7tAJ5RwzxoXNH68MM4)

To whom it may concern,

Bottom Line Up Front: TRUSII is not meeting their financial obligations for my participation in a Molecular Hydrogen Water case study. As a result, I am forced to pay out of pocket for the TRUSII Molecular Hydrogen Water System I purchased from them and stopped working after a few months of use. Lastly, in Oct 2019, TRUSII contacted me trying to recoup the few payments they did make to me during the first months of the case study. Falsely claiming I did not fulfill my responsibilities.

Desired Outcome: I would like legal action be taken against TRUSII, its owners/executives to force the company to compensate each person in my situation for the money we were supposed to receive and/or any money spent as the result of this scam.

Additional Information: In Oct 2018 I signed up for a case study with TRUSII, www.trusii.com. In the case study I was required to purchase a TRUSII Molecular Hydrogen Water System from TRUSII, which I did via their financial partner, Greensky, www.greenskyonline.com, for a total of $6,920 ($6,720 + $200 S&H). In addition to purchasing the Molecular Hydrogen Water system from TRUSII, my responsibilities were as follows:

Initial Responsibilities:

Fill out a baseline questionnaire (delivered via email) before you begin the case study.

Follow us on and/or subscribe to at least 3 of our social media channels (preferably all). Once you follow our accounts, send an email to [email protected] to confirm which accounts you've followed.

Twitter: https://twitter.com/trusii

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/trusii

Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/trusii

LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/trusii/

Once you receive your H2 system and set it up, take a photo of your new set-up and post the photo on social media... let people know how excited you are!

After 30 days, leave a review on our site about the benefits you've experienced with your trusii H2 system.

Monthly Responsibilities:

Fill out a progress questionnaire (delivered via email).

Post a Video, Photo, and/or Text testimonial about how trusii H2 has been positively impacting your life on your Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to tag our trusii account corresponding to the social media you’re using AND use the hashtags #trusii and #trusiiH2. That way we can verify that you’ve completed this requirement.

Leave us a message at 800-532-0530 and give us a brief testimonial about your progress and benefits with H2 so far. The message will be recorded, and we may end up using it in future media.

In return for my participation in the case study and meeting the aforementioned responsibilities, TRUSII agreed to pay me $200 monthly. As of 5 Nov 19, I have received a total of $950 in payments (4 1/2 months out of 8).

Since I received the machine, I had to contact TRUSII several times due to not receiving payments, to which they would always have an excuse and push to not pay me. First they claimed I did not meet my responsibilities, as I failed to complete the monthly questionnaire. Once I was able to demonstrate that they never sent the monthly questionnaires for me to complete, they relented and provided payments.

In Jun 19, my machine broke down and I made countless attempts to get it fixed so I could continue to participate in the case study, but I was caught in a feedback loop, where TRUSII kept asking me the same questions over an over again and never receive support to repair the machine.

Around the same time, Jun 19, TRUSII sent an email out stating it was stopping all payments until they concluded an in-depth audit of the study participants. Fast forward to 29 Oct 19, and I was contacted to send the machine back for repairs, but only after I paid $382.5 for S&H, they claimed this was after they would pay for the packaging and 15% of the S&H. The original S&H was $200.

Lastly, on 30 Oct 19, I received an email from TRUSII demanding that I pay back the four payments they did make to me, claiming that I did not fulfill my responsibilities, specifically the monthly questionnaires. The fact is that I never receive the monthly questionnaires after signing up for the case study, thus I did not complete them. I addressed this fact with a representative in Jun 19 and it was supposed to have been corrected.

As of 5 Nov 19, I have paid $768.88 out of pocket for the machine and have $5382.24 left to pay.

I can provide email correspondence regarding all of the aforementioned information upon request.

I started along with aboutt 400 other individuals in a case study with trusii in 2018

the arrangement was that we would be paid 250 a month by trussi by mail and submit to a loan for this 7000dollar piece of crap for 3 years at 250 per month with a lending company //my lending company is united consumer financial services based in Ohio ..the payments were hit and miss form trusii for the last yearand since july no checks have been sent

  • Jan 27, 2020

I applied to be a part of their study, in turn they would pay for the machine. All of the steps were completed, they had issues on their end apparently and stopped paying. I was told to continue to follow the steps, still not receiving any payment. Now they want me pay them. They have lied repeatedly and I now refuse to promote a company that is taking my money as well as other people's money. They are crooks and liars.

  • Jan 27, 2020

I was accepted into their case study. It's a $10,000 loan which they claim will be practically free because they'll send you monthly checks to cover this loan. The loan is via a bank. In exchange, I was to post online how helpful the H2 Elite system was to my health.

I only received one payment. I had posted for 3 months and then, the machine died. As soon as the machine died, they ignored me. None of my calls or emails were returned. I was completely ignored.

Jeffrey Taraday and Chris Kennedy have generated a mass ponzic scheme, predicate on a deceiving and misleading consumers with health issues. They identify their victims/targets of individuals with health ailments such as auto-immune disorders, lyme disease, and cancer.

Jeff and Chris then promise to sell them equipment (molecular hydrogen machine) that is roughly $10K for free, in exchange for participation in a health study. The catch is that Jeff and Chris require the money upfront for the machine ($10K), and then promise to pay back the victim over a 3 year study.

My first few case study payments from Jeff and Chris were delivered, then payment stopped. Since then, there has been a trail of deceipt and lies. All while I am required to pay back a $13K loan ($10K principal and $3K interest). They refuse to assist and continue to abuse the victim verbally and emotionally. The machines generate mold and require filter replacements, that Jeff and Chris neglect to service.

There are hundreds of victims of this scam that I am aware of, outside of myself. Jeff Taraday and Chris Kennedy have scammed hundreds of people for millions of dollars, with this scam. Please help prosecute them, and never allow them to victimize any more people, especailly people with health ailments that are just searching for help!!

Trusii is a fraudulent company that markets themselves as the world leaders for molecular hydrogen products. I had heard about their “clinical case study”, and having dealt with health issues for years, I was excited to apply and see if their product could help me. I got accepted in to the case study in October of 2018.

The agreed upon contract was that I would fulfill three monthly requirements, in exchange for a monthly check of $260. I took out a loan through a company called GreenSky with no doubt in my mind that my monthly payment would always be covered by my compensation for participating in the case study. I was repeatedly assured that they would always pay me for my participation in time for me to pay my monthly loan bill.

The machine arrived and I began drinking the water and fulfilling the requirements. The first month my payment was late by two weeks. The second month my payment was late by two weeks. Both of these instances I sent multiple emails and texts and made numerous phone calls trying to find out where my monthly compensation was.

The third month again my money did not show up, so again I emailed and called only to be told that I had been “suspended” from the case study for not completing requirements THAT HAD NEVER BEEN AGREED UPON OR MENTIONED. I completed those tasks and then was “reinstated” in to the case study and finally received my compensation.

I have not been paid since then, and my texts, emails, and phone calls have gone unanswered. I have continued to fulfill my case study tasks and have not been paid or even so far as acknowledged. I have recently been made aware of about 200 other people who have all been experiencing the same thing as me.

This case study is fake. Trusii and its whole operation is a SCAM and a PONZI SCHEME. And on top of it, their H2EliteX water machine does not even work! On their website they claim that it should put out anywhere from 5-9ppm of molecular hydrogen. After having tested my machine, I found that it is putting out only 2ppm. I have not experienced any benefits from drinking this water. This is a false claim and an elaborate scam.

I know lots of others whose machines are completely broken and/or filled with mold. Trusii has not fixed any said machines, all of which are still under warranty with the company. They will then go on to remove people from the case study for not completing the tasks, when people cannot even complete the tasks due to having broken machines! They are in breach of their own contract. This company has scammed people out of hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars.

Also worth mentioning, the company is now threatening to stop paying anyone who posts negative reviews online, or who submits complaints. They are also threatening to take legal action against anyone who tells the TRUTH, saying that they will “sue for defamation.” Trusii needs to be stopped. They are ruining the lives of every person who enters this case study.

  • Dec 1, 2019

When I called them on the lie that I HAD done all the requirements they stopped communicating all together exept to change requirements but those were mass emails not to my direct rebuttal... What is more is the credit loan company has been informed of this and has yet to answer after months and are still taking money out of my account... The company then threatened us with an email letter that if we should say anything negative they will go after us... United Consumer Financial Services in partnership with Trusii have done this to at least 500+ customers and they always say the same thing to justify... That the participants in the case study didnt fulfill the requirements... This is complete and total BS as there are over 500.... Maybe the company should not be doing case studys if they dont know how to track them? All I know for sure is that I am out over 13000 with interest and they are doing NOTHING to make it right.... They should be ashamed of themselves praying on the vulnerabilities of sick people wanting nothing more than to get healthy...

Wellness program services llc d/b/a trusii is a scam. The machines break... no one mentioned maintenance when purchasing and United Consumer Financial Services should also be ashamed for supporting this scam company and not taking care of the customers who were defrauded...

I was introduced to Trusii by a friend and wanted to be a good person and help out a company he had told me about that was new, up ad coming, and needed good reviews. So I received the Trusii water system, and every month left reviews on how I felt the system was benefitting my life and overall well being. The water system was financed by a third party and every month they would send payment to the credit union. All of a sudden they stopped paying for the water system- which by the way no longer is working and noisey whenever the water system was on, and because they are no longer paying for the system it in turn affects my personal credit. I am fulfilling all obligations and am being penalized. I cannot afford this water system that costs $6,000+.

  • Nov 21, 2019

I singed up to buy a machine that infused water with Hydrogen gas for the purpose of conducting a study on how the hydrogen water worked for me. I agreed to report on the effect the water had on my body once a month. Trusii arranged the sale and financing. In return they agreed to pay me $250 a month. Trusii stopped payment after 2 months.

The water did not help me so I decided to test the amount of Hydrogen , and the machine never produced the amount of hydrogen that was promised. The machine got contaminated with bacteria and the water was undrinkable. I followed all the instructions exactly. Trusii agreed to make payments while my machine wasn't working however they did not. With no repair person in my area Trusii wanted me to send the machine back at my expense. I cannot come to an agreement with the company and am stuck with a 60 pound machine that doesn't work.

It is my understanding that there are at least 500 people who signed up for the program and have not been paid. The company is running a scam in my opinion. Many, many people have been hurt because there is no option except to pay for a machine that doesn't work without ruining our credit.

  • Nov 20, 2019

Paid nearly $10,000 for a water machine that doesn't work as promised and was supposed to be reimbursed as a study participant but was not paid. The requirements for reimbursement change on a monthly basis. The machine is supposed to generate water with a hydrogen level of 5-9ppm. After doing numerous tests, my machine at best only generates 1.8 ppm of hydrogen. This was of no help to me or my health conditions. The company is despicable preying on people with conditions that are desperate for relief!

  • Nov 20, 2019

I was introduced to Trusii while searching for ways to improve my overall health. Research revealed that Molecular Hydrogen water has many health benefits, and Trusii claimed that they had the most efficient H2 machine on the market. They were conducting a clinical trial/study to prove that and offered customers an opportunity to participate and receive their unit for free. It was over $6,000, but they had teamed up with a bank, now called United Midwest Savings Bank, where I could take out a loan and they would send me a check to cover the loan payment every month prior to my payment being due. My requirements were to fill out an initial health status report, a monthly study questionnaire, and "Within 5 days of receiving the monthly payment from trusii international, the Client may be asked to submit a short testimonial via voicemail, video, or conduct a short interview with a trusii representative." Four months after I started, a new requirement of a monthly post on Social Media was added. A year later, we were forced to complete our progress report, add a Social media post, send them a voicemail, and e-mail trusii which social media platform we posted to with our profile name that was used, and tell them what phone number we called from to leave the message. 14 months after my participation began, I didn't receive a check even though I had fulfilled my requirements. Jeffrey Taraday blamed the mail. It took over 2 weeks to receive my payment. Then another missed check 3 months later. 19 months after beginning my participation, my unit began to get very loud and there were no tell-tale bubbles. I was told that it required a filter replacement and to turn it off and drain the water out - nowhere in the paperwork was there any mention of this, and that they would either replace the unit or send a service tech. In the meantime, I contacted Jeffrey Taraday again and expressed my concerns about filling out the monthly requirements without a working unit, but that I was still obligated to my loan. I have it in writing that I did not need to fill out the requirements until I had a working unit, but I would continue to receive my checks from trusii. I received 3 more checks and then they stopped. And then they started changing requirements. Next came the blame game - that we were all using the wrong type of water. The information that came with my unit said "filtered" water. I purchased a 3-stage water filter specifically for this reason. Then came the letter that I owed them over $2,000 because they had paid me for months that I had not fulfilled my monthly requirements. Now I am stuck with monthly payments or I risk my credit, and UMWSB refuses to take any responsibility. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

  • Nov 17, 2019

In August 2017, I signed up to do a 3-year case study through a hydrogen water company called Trusii. In order to qualify, I had to fill out an online Case Study Agreement and financed the machine through United Midwest Savings Bank for $8,385.12. Trusii agreed to send a $240 check 5-10 days prior to the due date of the finance payment. Starting in 2019, the checks started arriving later and later every month until they eventually stopped. Every time I have approached the company regarding why, I am met with a different excuse in an attempt to delay payment. In hindsight, I am clearly involved in a Ponzi Scheme.

I am going on 6 months without a check from Trusii, which means I am going on 6 months without being able to make a payment to the bank. In early July, I emailed the bank to see if there was an option to defer my loan until I could find out what was going on with Trusii. They informed me that, “UMSB financed installment loans originated by Wellness Program Services, LLC dba Trusii, including your loan, for purchasing hydrogenated water treatment equipment. UMSB was not involved in any way with a separate agreement for payments from Wellness Program Services in exchange for participation in a home case study/feedback program. Our financing was solely related to the equipment you purchased; we cannot assist you with an unrelated agreement you had with Wellness Program Services, LLC dba Trusii. We are sorry to hear about your problem with the feedback program with Wellness Program Services, LLC dba Trusii, but the payments will remain due at this time. We appreciate bringing this matter to our attention.”

This was the first time I’d ever heard of Trusii going by another name and by this time, I had learned about a secret Facebook group that was started by a former co-owner of Trusii, William Kuo. When William learned that something fishy was going on with Trusii, he parted ways and made it his mission to help the clients that Trusii was scamming by starting this Facebook group. As of today, there are 542 members in the group that are going through the same nightmare and we are all trying to figure out how we are going to pay off or get our loans forgiven if Trusii isn’t paying out what they promised.

As far as I am aware, there are 5 or 6 banking institutions that are involved and are basically telling their customers, “Sorry, you’re still responsible for your loans.” I guess I don’t understand how there is nothing in place to protect the consumer when there is obviously some serious fraud going on. Just from the research I’ve done, it sounds like fraud is their full-time job and they’ve owned many other companies and just keep doing the same thing over and over. There are upwards of 1000 of these machines in circulation and the company is still operating. They are ruining people’s lives. It’s not right.

Trusii has been playing a shell game with me for months, they’ve changed the requirements several times since I’ve been in the study, just so they can come back and say that that people are being “non-compliant”. They have threatened immediate termination from the case study if they learn that a participant is involved in the secret Facebook group or if they learn that a participant has contacted a lawyer or their Attorney General. If anyone posts anything negative, even if it’s the truth, on their social media posts, which is one of the monthly requirements, they are asked to remove it or they will be removed from the case study.

I am interested to find out how I am protected as a consumer against United Midwest Savings Bank, in a fraudulent situation such as this. I in good faith, I agreed to participate in this case study with the understanding that I would be getting paid $240 from Trusii every month so that I could make the finance payment. In doing so, I would also complete my monthly agreed upon requirements, which I have done. If Trusii is involved in fraudulent practices, where does that leave me as a consumer, especially if UMWSB isn’t willing to back up and try and defend their customers by carrying out their own internal investigation. I live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford to make that payment. I am currently 6 months behind on making payments and in the meantime, I am getting no support from the bank, yet they still continue to harass me via email trying to get me to sign a new contract offering me 0% interest for the remainder of the loan. In the meantime, my previously perfect credit continues to go down the toilet.

In the meantime, I am stuck with a machine that isn’t producing the amount of hydrogen that it claims to produce. With all the people out there that have opened up their machines and have found mold, I’m afraid to drink the water because I already have enough health problems as it is and don’t need this on top of it. My machine has a constant drip, so I have to empty the tray every other day so it doesn’t ruin my floors.

When I originally signed up to do the case study through Trusii, the loan terms and conditions of the loan were never made clear. I was never given full disclosures and was just told to click and submit. Nothing was ever explained to me about the Truth in Lending statement. No copies prior were provided to me of this agreement. I was not offered a cancellation period. It is obvious to me that this is unlawful lending practices by both parties.

Another issue I have that remains to be answered is regarding the Assignment By Seller page of the contract. When I signed this contract, I was of the understanding that all of the information contained within the contract was TRUE. Now that we know this is not the case and that Trusii is clearly a Ponzi scheme and that these people are defrauding hundreds of people and banks out of money and that the Trusii representative who signed my contract likely doesn’t even exist, wouldn’t that nullify my contract?

I owe roughly $3,000 on my loan and I don’t know whether it’s worth it to hire an attorney if I can’t even afford to make the payments on my loan. At this point, I am at the mercy of my state and local authorities to serve justice to these dirtbags and I am prayerful that there is some sort of protection in place for consumers like myself to get the banks to forgive these loans.

  • Nov 17, 2019

I purchased this molecular hydrogen water system as a "case study participant" in which I was told I was going to be reimbursed $300 per month for 3 years to start immediately after purchase. This would pay for my time in participation as well as cover the complete cost of the machine. However, the machine had to be paid for upfront, and I began to get nervous when it took weeks to get any updates on where the machine was.

Once I paid for it, it took over 15 weeks to receive the product. Much later than promised. I received one $300 payment during that time and to date have received nothing after, despite following study requirements. Email inquiries are either not replied to or don't fully answer questions about when payements will be delivered. Mass emails were received, basically saying they were having issues and delays, but after months of this I again got very nervous.

I started digging and found this: Trusii scam

Hundreds of people in a similar situation to me, many with broken machines or units that did not deliver hydrogen amounts as advertised and did not recieve compensation as promised!

So I ordered a hydrogen test kit and found that like many others, my unit did not deliver the promised amount of hydrogen. It is supposed to deliver 5-9ppm but only getting 3-4ppm on multiple tests.

Now I am stuck with a nearly $10,000 machine that doesn't do what it promises and am part of a bogus case study in which I will not get reimbursed.

  • Nov 14, 2019

Trusii completely scammed me. I found out about Trusii and the Trusii 'case study' in May 2018 via a health guru with a large following. I was told they were taking applications for a health case study in which they would completely reimburse me for the cost of one of their molecular hydrogen water machines, as long as I filled out their monthly health questionnaire.

They said they wanted to see what kind of health improvements people would see from drinking the water. I thought it sounded too good to be true, but agreed to be a part of the study since so many big names in the health industry were promoting and backing it. Trusii had me take out a loan for over $9,000 which they said was a 3 year loan and that the interest amount for 3 years was part of the price.

They said they'd pay me the amount that was due on the loan each month for 3 years with my participation, and I'd get the machine free. They said their payment to me would always come at least 5 days before my loan was due each month. This only happened maybe once at best.

Every other month I had to hound them for my payment. Each month was stressful; I was afraid I wasn't going to get paid and be stuck with a huge loan that I cannot afford. I would've never agreed to a loan this big for a water machine if I thought I'd have to end up paying for it out of pocket.

Then in June 2019 I didn't get paid on time (as usual), but when I reached out to Trusii about it, I was told I had been suspended from the study (without any kind of notice) due to non-compliance. I asked them how I had been non-complaint when I had completed all requirements each month. They then ignored me. I couldn't get any kind of response from them.

They have stopped paying all of their health study clients claiming that they eventually will. They have also changed all the terms of the online contract I signed without my consent. They are lying and saying the contract always said these things, but it isn't true.

However, the contract is only online so they can update it to say whatever they want at any time so they can have an excuse to not pay us. They are now claiming this isn't a pure health case study, but partly a marketing program. They are demanding we lie, claiming the company and machine is wonderful, which couldn’t be further from the truth.

They are trying to extort people into luring more people into this bogus ‘study’. I never agreed to be a part of a marketing program for them. I would've never signed up to lie for a company. They are constantly threatening the case study members saying if we say anything negative that they will stop paying us, even though they already have. It's extortion.

Trusii has scammed hundreds or possibly thousands of people with this 'case study'. They preyed on people who were desperate for something to help them with health issues. Now hundreds or thousands of people are in tremendous debt for a machine that we cannot change the filters on (so we either have to drink unsafe water or not drink it at all), cannot afford the payments, and many people's machines are also broken and moldy.

There is actually a Facebook group with over 500 members and growing who are in the same situation. Trusii is now not only paying people, but also demanding money back for the few payments they made, claiming participants were overpaid because there were months where they did not complete the requirements, which isn’t true.

They are even threatening to hurt peoples’ credit scores if they don’t pay them back. It’s insane, especially considering that Trusii owes most members lots of money, not the other way around. If you get these bogus threats, do not pay them. They do not have any legal right to report you to credit companies.

The machine also doesn't deliver on the amount of hydrogen it is supposed to produce. It's a Ponzi scheme. They used this program to get a very large sum of money up front for worthless and unsafe machines. People are getting sick from drinking from the machines in some cases as well.

I don't know what to do because I cannot afford to pay for this loan for this worthless machine out of pocket. Trusii needs to be stopped and all loans need to be forgiven. The loan companies should have ensured they weren't working with scam artists. Some loan companies have forgiven Trusii loans, in light of all of this information. One such lender, Greensky, is even suing Trusii for all of the money this scam has cost them, since they are one of the reputable companies that is letting people out of their scam Trusii loans. See https://www.docketalarm.com/cases/Georgia_State_Fulton_County_Superior_Court/2019CV323886/GreenSky_LLC_VS._Wellness_Program_Services_LLC_d-b-a_Trusii_Jeffrey_Taraday/?fbclid=IwAR1nRTyH4wBR7RcM-1JXsp3dlmatDlSqg62przCsubKEXGOTFelq3uMSfBk

CNBC even wrote an article about the scam: https://www.cnbc.com/2019/09/14/trusii-hydrogen-water-left-customers-complaining-of-a-scam-bad-debt.html?fbclid=IwAR18_m2qGlO3SoyqTMAb177ejgnBodCMXKzno4YYGezzaVjolw7i_eWqAgk

Unfortunately, many loan companies, such as United Consumer Financial Services, etc. refuse to cancel these fraudulent loans, continuing to be co-conspirators in this scam. This scam has also been reported to many government agencies, such as the Florida Attorney General and the FBI.

Owners Chris Kennedy and Jeffery Weiner Taraday need to be stopped. They have a long history of scamming people. Chris Kennedy aka CK has been charged for other fraud schemes as well, and is currently going through legal proceedings in Florida. https://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/Christopher_Kennedy_39898700/?fbclid=IwAR1wjXR0yeY4wL2pLjU6b8hMrC3-pMKHTIYKIVCqv6ll2KSFc8OaBqEPcM4

Stay away from Trusii at all costs, or it will definitely cost you. Government agencies (FBI, Florida Attorney General, etc.) - please help us. There are a very large number of victims that are not being helped.

They asked me to be in a case study for a water machine that is suppose to cure anti inflammatory issues and autoimmune disease. The make you take out a loan for this $6,000 machine because “that’s the only legal way to do the survey” But they guarantee they will pay your monthly loan charges if you answer a monthly questionnaire.

They keep sending emails adding and changing what they expected of you and different rules on how to use the machine. They kept missing checks and sent them late which was affecting my credit then they stop paying and I was stuck in a loan that they’ve already been paid my the loan company for.

And on top of it, they are trying to collect a lot of money claiming I didn’t complete my agreement which I actually did do. There are over 500 people they’ve done this too. And these are sick people who they’ve promised the water machine make them better. Disgusting.

I am the victim in a fraudulent case study that was created by the company trusii (Co-Owners Chris Kennedy and Jeff Taraday). They started a case study program for their hydrogen water systems where participants like myself were promised to have their machines paid for (my machine retails for $10,000) in exchange for feedback and participation in the three-year case study.

I like many others was connected by trusii to a financing company (United Consumer Financial Services - UCFS in my case) to take a loan out for three years (36 monthly payments of $360) for the machine and trusii agreed to send me a payment amount of $350 each month for my continued participation in the study to help cover the loan.

It turns out the the machines and the case study itself are a scam and trusii never intended to honor their agreements and pay the case study participants after receiving the upfront money from all of the loan companies. A couple of loan companies (LendingPoint and GreenSky) have already forgiven case study participants from their loans due to the details of this case and the fraud surrounding trusii and their malfunctioning hydrogen systems.

I am hoping my loan company UCFS does the same but they have not done so yet. UCFS did not due their due-diligence before approving these loans and are actively enforcing loans that are for a fraudulent scam/case study with machines that are breaking down and not functioning as promised (with little to no health benefits).

This company is run by crooks and narcissists. They will lie through their teeth and their hydrogen machine does not work/produce the h2 water they claim. They say once you do your monthly obligations for their 'case study' they will reimburse you but they dont.

Dont trust this company, save your money. A total SCAM , rip off and ponzi scheme run by criminals. Trusii is a fake, scam, ponzischeme , Chris Kennedy and Jeffery Taraday are behind this 'company'

  • Nov 12, 2019

I was introduced to Trusii by a friend of mine. Trusii is a scam. I took out a $8,000 loan with a banking institution they recommended, to be involved in a case study for three years, in which they contractually promised to pay my monthly payments of $232 to the bank.

A few months ago, they stopped paying everybody. Hundreds of people have been victimized by this and Trusii has made around 5 Million dollars via this ponzi scheme. They have broken their contracts, Chris Kennedy was a known Fraudster, who was convicted of 2nd degree Federal Felony charges and yet these banks still provided us with these loans and now refuse to forgive the loans.

These banks hired attorneys and only 2 banking instutions - GreenSky and Lending Point have forgiven these predatory loans and have paid back their customers. They are now suing Trusii. This a ponzi scheme of the highest magnitude and I'm writing this for justice and to hopefully prevent others from being victimized!

Many of the victims so far have been those with serious medical issues, that Hydrogenated water was meant to heal, and now these folks can't pay their loans, because Trusii broke their contract and is no longer paying people for their participation in the case study. The FBI, the FTC and the Florida Attorney Generals office are aware of this fraud and an investigation is underway.

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, which caused me to seek out alternative health interventions to mediate my symptoms. I found Trusii, a company that produces a water machine with concentrated hydrogen. This machine was over $7,000, and I could not afford it.Trusii had a plan: get me to pay for their machine with one of their loan companies, and they would reimburse me for completion of monthly surveys of how the system would help me.

For a few months, I was reimbursed. But the past few months, I have gone unpaid despite fulfilling my requirements. The company continues to demand survey answers, with them requiring that we do things like only use positive responses, and respond with 4 or 5 stars on different consumer websites. The feedback is biased and untrue.

The machine also has mold (as do many of the systems, there's a whole facebook group of over 500 people who have been ripped off), and the company is attempting to charge me to try and fix it. I am now left with a loan to pay off, and a water machine that was supposed to make my symptoms dissipate--but has one of the biggest triggers for my condition, and my symptoms have lessened since having to stop using it.

I was introduced to Trusii for a HS water case study. They offered to pay for a system monthly in return for participation in their "Case Study", and pointed us directly to a funding source. They made the payments for 13 of the 33 months and then stopped.

After several months of silence, they reached out saying I owe them all the money back because I didn't meet the case study requirements. I have already mdae 6 payments to the bank, which I am legally obligated to do, and still have 11 more payments to go.

The system isn't working properly, and they offered to fix it, but wanted another $400 for service. The company is a bunch of Criminals and have victimized hundres - my daughter included. Justice Please!

  • Nov 11, 2019

Scammed hundreds of people into joining a case study where they would receive payment for their water system feedback. The case study participant either pays for the machine themselves or finances it. If financed, trusii would pay their payment for them (to the client).

They kept the program going for one year before stopping payments and no longer communicating with the case study. They’re being sued currently. Their CEO was arrested for fraud. This story has been covered by many news outlets. They scammed at least 500 people into this study.

Some paying $10,000 for a water system. We paid $6700 for this system, it doesn’t produce the amount of hydrogen promised and also has never been serviced. We were promised filters and help with the machine and my service requests went unanswered.

They stopped paying the $200 a month they owe me for the study. They even created their own "audit” and went back and decided is owed them $400 back for months they thought I didn’t do my duties. I had proof of this so now they’ve stopped harassing me for the money but have not answered a single email of mine asking when they pay me the $1200 they’re back on payments on-

not to mention they owe me for the remainder of the care study. The water system was supposed to be free.

Difficult to tell a story in 75words, but Trusii H2 water systems are nothing than water coolers that mold very easy and were a scam. The promise was to help support a case study for Trusii to gain approval for a medical device. I was simply interested in the promise of high concentrated molecular hydrogen water. What I found is a system that does not generate what was adversitsed and moldy when received.

  • Nov 11, 2019

I was approved to join the Trusii case study. I was then required to finance the machine ranging from $6000-$10000 in value through one of their approved lenders. They were to reimburse me monthly after I submitted a questionaire and made positive reviews on social media.

The machine broke twice and is now still broke. Payments stopped and then they claimed that participants owed them more money. Trusii's a scam and ponzi scheme. AVOID!

I'm a part of the case study for the Elite H2 System which originally costs $10,000. I am supposed to make a payment to the loan company Greensky for $275 every month for 36 months and give a review each month on the progress I make with the machine. After I do these tasks, I'm supposed to receive a check from the company for $223 every month to offset the $10,000.

Since I have received the machine, I have not gotten a single check from the company nor any type of communication! I have also personally reached out to both owners Jeff Taraday & Chris Kennedy to try and get some answers but again no response from anyone.

I have been trying to reach different departments at Trusii in regards to my monthly check, and have gotten no response for over a month. I have payments due and have no idea as to when or even if these checks are coming in. I've completed my monthly requirements in order to receive my check as part of the agreement.

Also, the water machine is supposed to produce water with a hydrogen content of 4-5.5ppm. But, when I tested the water using a hydrogen reagent, it only came out to 3.2ppm, therefore the machine is underproducing. I've spoken to my loan company multiple times about getting the loan frozen, but claims they cannot do anything unless the machine actually breaks, which according to others in the case study should be happening relatively soon.

Trusii is a garbage company that is a absolute theft scheme. the owner Chris Kennedy is a tried and convicted felon who leads a double life trying to use heath and wellnes as a means to rip others off. the company looks very viable great website and videos and stories of health benefits, Application is easy for a case study and you will be interviewd by a salesperson who basically tells you this unit is essentially free with a monthly case study requirement.

the same individual helps you finance the unit by using a independant finance company and getting you the money to cover the unit. In my case the elite water machine cost 10,000 and my monthly payment was $380 the case study payment was $360.

The company paid the first few months starting in jan of 2019 but soon after they kept making excuses as to why they would not pay which were all lies. After moths of effort to comply and email after email trying to be paid Ive turned my energy to stopping these crooks. Please pass the word and use my Name!!!! Sincerley Gabe Blomgren

  • Nov 11, 2019

A friend of mine that was already part of their "case Study" program informed me of this company (Trusii) that was providing "free" Hydrogen Water dispensers in exchange for a monthly survey highlighting my results as well as a social media post of myself in front of my water machine.

All I had to do to qualify is answer a few health related questions as well as submit an application for financing as this machine would be in my name (as well as the loan). Trusii sent me an agreement agreeing to senidng me payment each month in exchange for my previously stated committments. They also offered a referral incentive of $500 for each person that I referred them that was accepted into the case study.

Well - all was fine for the forst 16 month. I received my payment each month as promised (with a few hiccups along the way). On two separate occasions they tried telling me that I didnt perform my monthly duties - I was able to verify and send them proof both times in which they released payment afterwards. Now I havent been paid since April 2019. Despite the fact that I continue to make my monthly payments to the bank.

They sent a mass email to everyone stating their company was "under attack" by former employees that now work for the competition. They have also increased the monthly requirements making it nearly impossible to maintain.

The banks that offered these loans with zero collateral, zero money down and without a proper valuation seem to be in coherts with the owners of Trusii. Not a single bank with integrity would have honored these loans.

The FBI needs to do their due dilligence in investigating Chris Kennedy and Jeff Wienir Taraday for this #PonziScheme, #fraud, #illegal #con-artists

Trusii advertised on their website for a hydrogen water machine for sale for $9997. They also advertised that anyone could apply for their "case study" program. If accepted, a purchaser would be reimbursed the monthly cost of the hydrogen water (H2) machine over the course of 36 months in exchange for the purchaser posting reviews of the Trusii H2 machine on social media and filling out an online questionnaire.

I was approved to the case study program, and I had to finance the machine through United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS) since Trusii said they couldn't finance me. For the first 3 months of the case study program, I was waiting for my machine to arrive, but still getting charged by UCFS. I finally started getting reimbursed by Trusii for 2 months, and then payments suddenly stopped without notice.

Trusii informed me that I had been dropped from the case study program for not fulfilling all monthly requirements. I disputed it, and Trusii sent me confirmation that it was their error and that I was reinstated back into the program. Meanwhile, Trusii still owed me 3 months payments of the case study, and the Trusii H2 machine made my wife and I both extremely ill. I contacted Trusii and informed them about this, and Trusii sent me a return shipping label to return the machine which I did.

UCFS is continuing to charge me every month for the H2 machine that I returned to Trusii. Trusii won't return any of UCFS's calls, despite being paid in full from day one for the machine ($9997).

Trusii is a scam, and now they are trying to scam participants of the case study even more by extorting fees from them. UCFS is also complicit in this scam, because they know it's a scam, yet they continue to charge case study participants for broken machines, machines that weren't delivered, and for machines that were returned to Trusii.

I am the victim of a scam by Trusii, where they sign up individuals for a "case study" using their Molecular Hydrogen Water system and initiate a loan on your behalf while promising to pay you back over time for being part of their "case study".

Molecular Hydrogen infused water has been proven to have health benefits. Mainly it helps reduce inflammation in the body. Trusii contacted me over a year ago and offered me a spot in their molecular hydrogen "Case Study" that promised health benefits from using their Molecular Hydrogen Water system.

The scam was that trusii got all of their customers to finance the system or buy it outright. By doing this trusii was able to collect millions of dollars upfront and they promised to repay their customers for taking part in the "case study" on a monthly basis if they met the requirements over a 36 month period.

They said that as long as I completed the monthly requirements (a health questionnaire, a voicemail to an automated recording system as a testimony, and a social media post), that they would reimburse me. However, to do this they used blurry wording and vague terminology, then signed me up with a financing company, GreenSky, for a loan for the product.

The financing rep at Trusii reached out to GreenSky and did all of the filing for me and talk to me on the phone while walking me through the steps. I do have a copy of this contract. I never voluntarily reached out to GreenSky to file for a loan myself. This was initiated by Trusii. I have proof of this by email.

Then, Trusii sent the H2 system and I began the case study in January of 2019. I completed every monthly requirement of this case study and in May of 2019, Trusii stopped sending me monthly payments. When I reached out to see what the problem was they said I was removed from the "case study". When I was told that I was in shock and asked why.

Then I was told it was a mistake and I was reinstated and promised that I would be paid soon. A few months went by and I still haven't received anything. I was left to make monthly payments that I could not afford to my lender GreenSky. After several months of not getting anywhere with trusii I reached out to GreenSky for help with getting my loan forgive because trusii had broken their promise.

GreenSky told me that they cannot help me as long as my trusii hydrogen water system was still working. She told me to reach out to trusii and try to get it worked out with them and she gave me Jeff Taraday's number as well. He is one of the main people behind the whole scam along with Chris Kennedy.

I had lost all faith in trusii keeping their promise so I filed a complaint with the BBB. My system did stop working shortly after reaching out to GreenSky. So I contacted the guy who got me into the case study because he had help me fix the machine when it stopped working before.

He no longer worked for trusii and told me to get back with GreenSky and let them know the machine was broken and to file reports with the FCC and Florida’s Attorney General’s office. He also told me about a FB group that was trying to help others become aware of the scam and keep others from falling for it.

This is not just a singular problem. There is a group of over 500 victims called "How To Save Yourself From Trusii" that are being scammed by Trusii in this manner. We are each attempting to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Florida’s Attorney General’s office in efforts to mount evidence against Trusii. However, Trusii went through multiple financing companies. It is estimated that trusii has fraudulently taken loan money in the millions!

This company is a scam. Trusii - Chris Kennedy - Jeff Taraday wellness Program Services llc CaseStudy

Trusii accepted me into a case study. One catch, I had to finance a very expensive H2 water machine dispenser. Trusii agreed to make my monthly payments to the finance company for my monthly feedback and marketing. They stopped paying the monthly payments leaving me with an $8,500 bill. They have hurt so many people with this scam.

  • Nov 11, 2019

I signed up to be part of a H2 case study with Trusii Wellness, which involved me taking out a $10,000 loan for a hydrogen water dispenser. I agreed to purchase this because Trusii was going to reimburse me $350.00 every month for the 3 yr duration of the case study.

My contract stated I would recieve money via a paypal deposit, 5 days before my loan payment was due every month. Jeff Taraday, the owner, said there was a very simple way of reporting which I could participate in that didn't involve social media posting. My first month I got a check the day before my payment was due.

The 2nd month apparently I was suspended from the program without notice or communication from the company because I did not fill out the questionaire which they never sent me to fill out. After many emails and going round and round I was reinstated into the program, but they never admitted fault.

I was subsequently paid for my participation for 2 more months , always 2 weeks after my payments were due, AFTER my constant hounding and emails regarding late payments. In August I quit getting checks completely with the excuse being that Jeff Taraday was restructuring the company.

I had already submitted my report for August, but he decided to change the whole format of reporting to include extensive social media posting, video requirements, testimonials, referrals, etc.. THe reporting requirements were unfollowable.

It wasnt what we agreed I would be doing. Furthermore even after I had made a boast video he emailed and said he never got it. However I saw my video posted with ALL the others on his website. I then found a CNBC report that described how there were many others who hadn't been paid for their participation either.

Also the machnes only produced a fraction of the amount of H2 that Trusii advertised. I bought the drops to test it and now I know I have nothing but a glorified water cooler. The machines needs filter replacements which are not available for purchase.

If you open your machine up it cancels the 3 yr warantee so you couldnt replace them anyway. The machines do not last the life of the loan. They are not"state of the art" as advertised, and they break down and collect mold.

The bank I have, United Consumer Financial Services, fully aware of this scam, is not forgiving loans even though they are fully aware of the fraud. I thought I was part of a legitamate h2 study researching the health benefits of hydrogen, connected to the Hydrogen Institute when in fact Trusii falsely connected themselves with it. They are falsely stating that they are healing one person at a time, but rather scamming one person at a time and laughing all the way to the bank.

All the case study clients were instructed to only report good things on social media, Trust pilot, Site Jabber, facebook, etc. Jeff Taraday said if you leave any negative comments you would be kicked off the study.

I could not in all good conconscience continue to recommend The Trusi Elite X H2 machine to anyone knowing they were going to get riped off like I was. I told the bank what was going on and they could care less and they still want their money, which I can not afford to pay without Trusii's reimbursment. Stay clear of Trusii. I am warning you. They prey on sick people, as does UCFS.

  • Nov 11, 2019

Jeffrey Taraday, one of the owners of Trusii approved me and enrolled me in their case study in June 2018, where they would “provide” a molecular hydrogen water machine to me in exchange for my honest feedback and completion of a few monthly requirements.

All I had to do was take out a loan in my name and they would reimburse me monthly for the loan payments for three years. They supplied the application and they submitted to third party lenders. I was approved by a third party lending company. Trusii also included a 3 year service and repair warranty with the machine.

My machine broke for the first time in March 2019. I called Trusii several times, emailed several times and never heard back. I was able to obtain the contact information for a previous owner, and he helped me repair it over the phone. He left the company sometime after. My machine broke for the second time in May 23, 2019.

  • Nov 11, 2019

Trusii makes an agreement with me and several hudreds of others to participate in their case study program. We need to fill out their monthly questionaire and post positive feedback on certain social medias, in return we'll get the water machine for free, since they will send monthly check to cover the loan we have made to the bank they designated.

After several payments the check stopped. They said it was on the way but never got to me. Then the machine broke and no response from the company. Then they stopped the monthly questionaires. Now they asked us to pay them back the money they have sent to our bank!!

Now I'm stuck with w $9700 loan and a broken machine!!! The bank has called me day and night, and Trusii sent email and letter for their payment! I'm so stressed and my credit score is at huge risk, along with the $1000 I've already paid out of my own pocket to cover the monthly payment supposed from Trusii! What a ripoff and scam!!!

  • Nov 11, 2019

This company is bogus. They sign you up for a voluntary "case-study" program where they promise to compensate you monthly for your feedback and anecdotal evidence of possible benefits. After one payment, they stop compensating.

Meanwhile, you've taken out a loan with a third party lender to gradually pay off the machine (though these fees should have been covered by your monthly compensation). Now you have a fat loan and an unresponsive "company" who will give you every excuse under the sun as to why they can't pay you. "Company grew too fast," "other clients were overpaid," "former partner is slandering them," blah blah blah.

One thing after another stringing you along so you continue to pay your loan in hopes that they'll get their s**t together and resume payments. WRONG! Here we are months later, 1000s of unhappy "participants," and still no f*cking answers.

Not only that but the machines never performed as promised and many are completely broken, leaking or molding. So now we are all left with fat loans, possibly a suffering credit score, a giant hunk of plastic that does virtually nothing (if it functions at all), and no foreseeable way out.

Save yourself and steer far far clear.

  • Nov 11, 2019

They promised me payment in return for my feedback. 3 Simple requirements that were not supposed to change throughout the course of my 3 year case study. The funds for my participation was supposedly set aside for me as well. I had to take out a loan for about $10,000 on my own then do the monthly requirements for reimbursement, monthly.

I was also told that my payments would be consecutive, and they have not been, I have this in writing.

Trusii said that I would be able to get my machine serviced and filters replaced at no cost to me, yet months later I received an email saying they would take my machine back and I would have to pay for shipping, then whatever they thought was broken and had to be repaired, they would take the money off of the reimbursements for my feedback. Which in my opinion seems very bogus and fishy, red flags went up..

I received my machine 3 months after I ordered it and didn't start to get payments for it for another 3 months.. they just kept on with the promises and lies, and I believed it for a while.. They stopped paying me after 6 months, leaving me with a very large loan to still pay off.

The machine soon broke. There is no service or repair despite the agreement, I was ignored. My machine then started to leak all over my floor, flooding it. I sent many emails to them asking for help, and I was ignored.

They also threaten clients, customers and victims with retaliation if they share anything negative about their experiences publicly This company in my opinion is a fraud, a lie, a scam. They are trying to take money from people who are already ill, battling so many different illnesses.

  • Nov 11, 2019

In November of 2017, I was introduced to and accepted into a seemingly “too good to be true” case study through Trusii Wellness Program Services. Unfortunately, over time, it proved to be just that.

The case study was to collect subjective data on the impact of Molecular Hydrogen (H2) water via monthly surveys asking common health questions and rating symptoms on a 1-10 scale. I was told that I would need to either pay in full or finance one of their water machines, and then would be reimbursed each month over the course of the 3 year study to cover the entire cost of the system, as well as any interest.

Being that the machine was so expensive (original financed amount: $6,720), I asked a lot of questions before I committed-- I was sure there had to be some sort of “catch.” After a couple phone calls with the sales rep to ease my doubts, loaded with questions and reiterated concerns, I agreed to finance.

After receiving my machine, drinking the water for a couple months, and getting paid on time after completing the questionnaire, I decided to refer close family and friends to the study who I thought would benefit from molecular hydrogen. I thought, “I’ve read about the promising science behind the health benefits, and this is a way to get them for free... why wouldn’t I tell them!? Plus, their testimonials will help so many other people!”

Things went okay for a bit longer, then I started getting texts and phone calls about my referrals receiving payments late. Then about their machines acting up. By this time, the sales rep who’d originally sold me on the case study and answered all of my initial questions and concerns was no longer associated with Trusii.

She told me that she hadn't been paid in months despite her ongoing work with the company, and now they were demanding money they paid her in commission back for clients who were returning their machines. She apologized for not being able to help me further, but that she had cut ties with Trusii.

After connecting up with another rep, some of the payments eventually came, but many machines never worked properly after that. For example, my machine would continuously get white flecks coming out in the water despite deep cleaning it and using RO water in the tank (something I was advised to do after being told I could use "whatever filtered water I wanted to use").

When I continued to experience issues the only answer I’d get is “well if it’s still making bubbles in the water, it’s still working, so...” My mom even ended up having systemic mold issues from the machine that further complicated her health instead of improving it.

But, despite the issues, we all did our best to complete the monthly requirements-- which at some point had gone from a monthly questionnaire (all I was told was needed when I first agreed to the case study) to a questionnaire, social media post, and voicemail message--but out of the blue, around May 2019, all payments ceased.

By June 2019, I received an email stating I had not met the requirements to continue receiving payments for the case study. When I contacted "my new rep," he responded that he was sorry, but no longer associated with the company. He gave me the contact info of where I was to voice my concerns (later, I was made aware of why this rep left, and he has now become a major help to all of us now fighting this nightmare).

When I replied with screenshots and emails proving I had completed my requirements, I was told I had not completed additional requirements not listed in the monthly emails such as an initial photo and video interview. Both of which I had never heard about and would have been completed 18 months prior to the email.

I explained then that I felt it was extremely odd that I had been being paid all of these months without having completed what is suddenly crucial to my eligibility in the study. They continued to explain that they have the right to change whatever they want and decide to remove participants from the study if they are not meeting their requirements.

I proceeded to explain that participants cannot complete requirements that they are unaware of. They then stated that we are giving everyone the opportunity to complete them now, and that payments would resume thereafter.

As the next 3 months passed, I went back and forth with the 3rd rep (I have saved our text conversations) trying to jump through hoop after hoop after hoop just so I could get paid, or my friends or family could get paid, and still, nothing since April 2019 (some even before then).

I've had to continue to pay my loan out of pocket so that my credit isn't wrecked, with an out-of-commission machine. All of my friends and family have dealt with the same-- thousands of dollars of unanticipated burden, constant stress of back and forth fighting to be reimbursed or have their loans forgiven, and nothing to show for it.

In addition to this, Trusii has made threats to sue for defamation and send us to collections stating that not only will we no longer be paid and reimbursed for the months we believe we met requirements and did not receive payment, but that we indeed only me their requirements the first month, and therefore owe THEM all of the money the did pay us!

They also told us that we could only say positive things or else our testimonials would not "count" for reimbursement, and when we questioned that as this was supposed to be a case study seeking subjective data, they never responded. Lastly, many have tested the machines for H2 levels and found them to be way below what they are marketed as, and way below what has been shown to provide benefit.

It's extremely difficult to explain every detail of how this whole thing unfolded (nor do I honestly care to because of how much of my time this distater has already taken from me), but the long and short of it is that all signs point to this being a scam.

The company paid participants by enrolling new participants, and as that pool drained, they could no longer afford to pay anyone. Definition: Ponzi scam. They need to be stopped so no one else is taken advantage of.

In 2017 I signed on to be a participant with Trusii water systems doing a case study about the benefits of extra hydrogen for health and wellness. My husband was ill and I was persuaded into buying in. I took out a bank loan, chosen by them and was to be compensated each month for my testimonials.

I have not been paid in 6 months, my credit is threatened if I don’t pay out of pocket. My machine no longer works if it ever did. This company is a fraud that has caused great distress for a lot of people.

I was promised to be compensated each month for submitting my case study results and was not compensated for it. They did it for the first few months ( after they sent me a machine that wasn't broken ) and then just stopped.

They stopped replying to emails, phone calls, you name it. They stopped paying me and owe me over $1000. I financed the $6700.00 machine through their vendor and they haven't been helping me pay it back.

This is the biggest scam ever and something needs to be done asap about it. The bank is still taking out $250 our of my account each month and Trusii isn't paying me at all.

My husband has had a serious health problem for several years and was looking for answers. He found out about Trusii's program through multiple social media influencers. Trusii agreed to take him on as a case study participant where they would have him take out a loan for $10,000 to pay for the machine but Trusii would cover EVERY monthly payment with a check so long as he completes the requirements for the case study meaning he'd end up paying nothing over the 3 year period.

All was well the first month but on the second month our check never came. No answers after multiple attempts to contact them requesting our check. Then we got a mass email telling everyone that they are going on a 45 day hiatus where they will not be communicating with or paying anyone. 2 months later when they resurfaced they sent everyone bills saying that all thier participants owe THEM money! They are trying to charge us for the $275 they paid us but I've seen people report bills from Trusii as high as $3,000.

They are saying we didn't complete our monthly requirements but we have proof that we did (other people say they have proof too). Meanwhile Chris Kennedy, the owner, is out on bail for a previous fraud operation from 2011.

Not able to pay the monthly payments, our credit is tanking and Trusii is refusing to pay us. They are also ignoring my questions about paying us for the months they took a hiatus. Our machine is currently operable but it doesn't produce anywhere near the hydrogen they claim it does and nobody that has tested theirs is anywhere close either. Also many people have broken and/or mold inside of thier machines and they can't fix it because it voids that warranty and per the agreement, Trusii is supposed to fix them for free but is charging them and/or refusing.

Just scamming people desperate for health answers with thier elaborate ponzi scheme!

Trusii created a fraudulent case study that preyed upon people with pre-existing conditions such as chronic illnesses and non-reparable injuries. I suffered from a significant knee injury and qualified for their "research case study."

For consistent participation in their study, I was to be re-imbursed monthly for using their machine and further scientific research in molecular hydrogen. This study was actually a scam to get me to effectively finance the machine with a third party, steal said funds in bulk from the third party loan company, and then stop paying me very soon into the case study for absolutely no reason, since I'll they wanted was the loan compnay's money then anyway.

They left me with a massive loan on the books to pay myself without compensation for 1 year of participation in the "study."

Trusii's H2 units do not provide the amount of H2 as claimed. The company failed to reimburse me for my Case Study participation. The H2 has failed to continue working.

Really bad company. Poor customer service, machine smelling, mold, not operable. Missing reinbursement checks, scammed out of thousands, using scare tactics and bogus allegations the we somehow owe them! NEVER followed through with promises, product, repair of machines.

I was asked to be part of case study program; where Trusii would use my results to help compile information on the benefits of using Hydrogen Water. The stipulations were that I would finance a system and for my monthly feeback I would be reimbursed the monthly payment amount of the loan.

The machine broke after 6 months and within that time the requirments for case study were changes monthly and I kept up with their increasing demands in particpation and they stopped paying me... ALL of us. There are more then 1,000 people in this stufy. ALL with the same situation.

Our credit is tanking because of the large amount of these loans and no reimbuirsment as contracted. Now they are trying to scam us by claiming we owe them money. Its absolutely the worst scam where these individuals preyed upon a population of people with health issues.

They need to be in jail and the lenders who vetted this company also need to follow through with their integrity and forgive these loans. Chris has been convicted of fraud from a previous scam and Jeff Taraday is perpetuating their greediness by continuting to prey on good people. DO NOT TAKE PART OF THIS STUDY.
