Purchased 2 trucks and trailers from Trident

I purchased 2 Trucks and trailers from Trident Leasing. I dealt with Nick Winters and it took some time because the seller didn't send the title to the finance company so they could title the truck for me. No fault of Tridents but make sure the dealer sends the title asap otherwise you won't get to drive your truck

This is a warning to all consumers out there who are thinking of conducting any business with Trident Leasing. John Riley & Nick Winters (if those are even their real names) run a leasing company owned by a silent partner by the name of Naveen Sood, Praveen Sood, Dylan Hunter Lloyd & Ashish Sood.

On August 2015 I was searching for an Equipment leasing company who would lease some computers that I purchased through another private company who sells networking computers. I was initially only requesting a $50,000 loan but when I came across Trident Fund 1, LLC they pre-approved me for $100,000 in equipment and furniture. At first Nick seemed like a very likeable salesperson. After the approval Nick Winters forward me a contract with several stipulations that I met and provided and assured me that everything was on track.

I was than instructed that a 10% deposit was mandatory in order to proceed forward with the deal. I certified a cashier’s check in the amount of $9,200 that included some extra fees they tacked on and was told that the check would not be cashed until the contract was finalized.

The check was received and cashed on September 8th to the order of Trident Fund 1, LLC into a wells Fargo business account. Once the deposit and contract were finalized Trident provided authorization to the Equipment Company to ship my computers, etc. within a week I received all of my computers.

On September 23rd Nick Walters sent me an email to confirm that all equipment has been received, installed and in working condition. I replied back and assured him I had everything I needed.

A few days passed and I received a call from the Equipment vendor advising me that Trident Fund 1, LLC had failed to pay for the equipment and will not honor the legal contract. I immediately emailed and contacted Nick Walters and within a few minutes later I received a phone call by John Riley who is a manager at Trident Fund 1, LLC. He was very rude and aggressive when we spoke. I asked him why the equipment vendor hasn't been paid yet considering we have a contract and my deposit to Trident had been cashed. He then proceeded to tell me that they were not going to pay the equipment vendor and refund back my deposit until I told him what business relations I have with the Equipment vendor. I had no idea what John Riley was accusing me of or what his real intentions where but at this point I realized that Trident was just trying to hold back and delay in honoring the contract. I've been conducting business for over 10 years already and when I provide a contract to a client it is the finalization to our deal. Trident Fund 1, LLC never intended to honor the contract they were just out to collect my deposit and think I will just not do anything. Over the past few weeks I have been in contact with the Equipment Vendor and he also had another client were Trident took over $6,000 of their deposit and refuses to refund back his money.

I have already contacted a good Business Lawyer and will take this to the full extent to make sure nobody else has to go through with what I went through with Trident Fund 1, LLC. If there is anybody else out there who has been robbed of their deposit and have no means of funds to hire an Attorney please contact me and I will help you out.

Great Financing

I used Nick Winters to finance 3 Bucket Trucks for my landscaping business. All turn key investments to generate money!
