I am very angry. I placed an order with Tress Obsession on August 14th 2017. Below is my order. I was suppose to receive a lace frontal and 2 hair bundles. I was so looking forward cause I thought the review were valid. I am so disappointed and saddened to see a black owned company( I assume) taking advantage of its people.
I have a family member who is a federal agent. He is inquiring to see if there is somethibg that could be done. I already disputed the charge with my bank. However it does take some time for it to come off. I now had to replace all of the items that I ordered and it cost double more.
They blocked me on facebook and I know this because I cannot see them but when I log on with a different name you can see their posts.

The same exact thing happened to me. I placed an order with them on August the 16th and received no responses to my inquiries about my order or my requests for a refund. I also all of a sudden was unable to locate them on Facebook or Instagram after I placed my order and sent the emails. I placed a claim with my bank on Sept. 1st and thank God they were able to give me a provisional credit right away while they investigated. On this past Tuesday, September, 6th I finally got an email Tress Obsession that they would refund the money to my Visa debit card because they were out of stock of the product. I know the only reason they finally responded is because my bank's fraud department probably contacted them. These people are fraudulent and what they are doing is just wrong. I hope they get prosecuted.
I put in my order on July 4 2016 ans got a response saying it had been sent. It is now Oct 4 2016 and I still have not gotten my order. I have called and emailed no reply from them. I am putting in a dispute also wit pay pal. My order is #1076
I order from Tress Obsession 3 bundles of Brazilian hair and a closure. They had a special buy 2 bundles get 1 free. It took a Month to received the hair after I had been emailing them back and forth. Some times they responded some times they didn't. I received the 3 bundles but not the closure. I emailed them again about the closure not being shipped. WELL what happen. They blocked me off Facebook and refuse to answer my emails!!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!!! If they say they don't know me I have the emails to back it!! I'm order#1284!!!! I will spread my experience with anyone who will listen!
I ordered 3 bundles of hair and one lace front frontal from this company on August 13, 2016. Something made me look up the company maybe two hours later. I saw the rip off report and got scared. First I emailed the company and tried to cancel the order because that is what it says to do in the confirmation email. Next I called my credit card company and asked them to cancel the transaction. My credit card company said that they have to wait for it to go through before I cancel it. So I did this and still tried to call and email the company for a few weeks. About 3 weeks later the company finally contacted me via email stating that they have just sent me order. I wrote them back again stressing that I cancelled the order the same day within 2 hours of ordering it and that I didn't want their hair. Still no response from this company at all. Yesterday I get a letter in my mail from my credit card company stating that they have reveresed the account credit they gave me because TRESS OBSESSION said they sent me the items. Today is October 15, 2016. I have never received anything more than an email from them. Once when I first ordered stating that my order was placed. The second email was when I emailed to cancel and it was an automatic response saying I would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days and the last email was telling me that they shipped me something. This company has done nothing but lie and rip me off of $356.00.

I ordered three bundles on 11 August and up to date I ve not received the items. I have called several times no answer. Now I can't even see their website or open them on Facebook. I think they blocked me. Please watch.

I didn't receive the silk closure, I tried endless emails and my calls to the company have gone unanswered. I paid $300 with my credit card and got scammed big time. This company needs to be put out of business and these criminals thrown in jail where they belong.

On Aug 3, 2016 I paid $327.75 for hair order number #1382. I have been calling and email them about my order.As of today nearly 3 weeks later I have not heard a word back from them. I am filling a fraud report with my bank. ****** Please do not do business with this company***********
I ordered from this company July 17th 240 dollars. I emailed them like a week later asking when my order would be shipped and they responded they are behind on orders but , I could get a refund. I wanted the hair if it would be shipped within a couple days. They never responded. Nowe it's Aug 12th I don't have the hair still and now they won't answer any emails at all I called they have a recording no human answers ever. So they are ripping people off hair is expensive and I don't have that kind of money to be giving away to some company ripping off customers. Contacting BBB NEXT I will get the word out.
So I ordered hair from this place from there stolen Videos and pictures. They do not own any of these pictures are research. The hair is nothing like what's being advertise. Nothing at all. Upon Arrival the hair had very bad smell Even after washing serveral times the scent would not go away. When I contacted them about my issue no one is responding to my emails or calls. This company is a scam. They do not return phone calls or emails messages I was forced to install this hair because I had and event and that made matters even worst. The hair matted right away. I couldn't get my fingers through the hair at all! Oh let's not talk about shedding!! Right not my hair looks thin like I only have one bundle in when I ordered 4!! You have been warned! Very bad company.
