Bought and received a "Bull Bar" for my 2017 Nissan Titan. My truck was listed as it will fit. Received the bull bar and it does not fit. I contacted the manufacturer to find out because they have it listed on their website as well that it will fit my truck. I called them and over the phone they said it will NOT fit and they need to change the listing on their web site. Contacted the seller, Trends Auto, and they allowed the return and refund. I paid over $100 to ship a $221 bull bar back to them because they have it listed wrong as to it fitting my truck. Because it is their fault for showing it will fit my truck, I should not have to pay the return shipping charge.

After several emails, the last one said " Good day We are not reimbursing your return shipping costs. You have been refunded in full for the return of the item. Our transaction is now complete. Have a nice day." Jamal Returns.

So I'm stuck paying the return shipping charges for an item that did not match my truck as described on their web page.

Ordered shocks based on conversation with David in sales. My mechanic told me immediately that they were too stiff. I requested cancellation of the order immediately within one hour of ordering. David told me it was too late and the shocks had shipped. They did not ship fir 14 more hours. This company is extorting people on an onerous restocking fee and shipping reimbursement and makes no effort to satisfy the customer. David is patronizing and intentionally tries to get an overreaction from the customer. These are expensive shocks, the restocking fee is about $70 plus reimbursed postage l will lose over $100 on the transaction.
