I bought two tickets from travelgenio to come back from Portugal to USA, after a visiting my very ill father, my self celeste m santos and for my daughter Jessica m santos we had the date to depart on November 8th 2018 but my father passed away on November 7th 2018 so we had to stay for the funeral! I called travelgenio to let them know what had happened!
They told me they need proof that my father had passed and documents to prove that he was my father and also that he was my daughters grandfather! So when they got all the necessary documents they ask me, they told me,were just waiting for the airlines to send them the money!!
So instead waiting for credit, I went ahead and purchase, new return flights tickets,after they confirm the proper credit from the airliner,it's been a year and they still haven't refund me the money for the tickets. Sincerely : Celeste santos
So i booked a flight via travelgenio website. and after a while they emailed me that the air company going bankrupt and they had to cancel my flight. So i called them like 3 months ago and they promised me a refund with in 15-30 days maximum. and now it has been more then 3 months did not receive any money.
I tried emailing them so many times they don’t answer me.
After airline change my flight and I confirm details of replacement company didn't come back to me for two month. I made number of phone calls which said that my case it not priority and I have to wait.
Two month later I got e-mail with changes which is not suitable for me and I have a choice pay extra $300 or fly on the wrong day.
Company refused to take responsibility for wrong changes due to their delay in processing my request for two month and offred reefund, which will not buy me ticket two month befor my flight (Flying frm Auckland, New ZElanad to St. Petersburg, Russia) Total cost was $1700.
Also ustomer service representative hung up on me... She refused to trasfer to her superwisor for complaint.
