Travelers Exchange Club is a SCAM run by con artists named Matthew Hammond, Christopher Ryan Thompson, Marc Maldonado, and Tasha Cunningham, a ruthless hacker. They charge victims thousands to "rent out their extra timeshare weeks" through RCI and Interval International, which is illegal and impossible to do (call RCI/Interval to verify!). I worked there very briefly and quit as soon as I was made aware by another employee of the fact that not one victimized client ever gets a dime of rental profit as promised by the criminals named above and their employees. A contract with tricky, unintelligently written word play is quickly presented to victims to sign with hidden terms stating that clients agree to pay unending monthly payments until written notice is received at the false addresses listed on their scam website. Their real address is 375 Douglas Avenue (suite 1012) Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, yet they claim on their website and contracts that their address is in Deland, FL with another office in Lake Mary, FL. No such offices exist at either address, therefore making it impossible to request an end to the monthly payments for a nonexistent service with blatantly false and illegal advertising.

This is a 5-person boiler room of professional con artists that make a living off of calling timeshare owners whom Tasha Cunningham hacks the contact information of from illegal timeshare owner databases, and tricking them to give their credit card information over to con artists to take perpetual payments for an illegal service never provided. Victims lose an average of $2000-$7000 plus never-ending $99/month, after e-signing a contract with terms hidden from view on a virtual signature app. The con artists "walk victims through the contract" on the phone and distract the victim from realizing that the terms of the contract did not appear before the signature page they instruct them to sign, while painting false expectations of rental profits simultaneously. The hidden parts of the contract state that the rentals are not guaranteed (in fact they are guaranteed to NEVER be rented b/c it is illegal to do so), and that clients agree to pay all membership "fees" regardless. They give you ten days to come to your senses and call them for a refund per Florida laws, but then block the phone numbers of successfully scammed victims for that ten day period to ensure none are issued. The owner who doubles as the IT scam tech makes hundreds of fake profiles on every review site like this one, and posts ridiculous and obvious incredible reviews as you see underneath mine. He verifies his own fake profiles as "clients", and also sends fake rental offers from the fake accounts to victims who paid for the supposed rental services, and obviously not one offer is real or pans through, resulting in no one receiving a dime for any rental profits promised for the $2000 service they purchased.

Upon finding out the above, I immediately quit and informed law enforcement, resulting in financial crimes detectives currently investigating Travelers Exchange Club and its affiliate fake counterpart " Corporate Event Solutions " owned by the same con artists at the same Altamonte Springs location, with an identical fake website w/a fake Tampa address and similar lies to TXC. I've posted the truth about them on all review sites in hopes of saving consumers from falling prey to credit card theft such as this. Please spread the word! Do not ever do business with the following people, numbers, websites, or email addresses. They will take your money ruthlessly without providing any service promised and will do so with your signature through skillful sales tactics of professional con-artists. Call the police and report them to the BBB, FTC, here, and everywhere if contacted by them!

This is a fake company operated by Matthew Hammond, Christopher Ryan Thompson, and Tasha Cunningham, felons who have multiple financial and drug-related criminal histories. Their website states two false addresses of operation: 2235 S. Woodland Blvd. Deland, FL 32720 and 801 International Pkwy Lake Mary, FL 32746 when in fact, their office is at 375 Douglas Avenue Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 (Suite 1012), which is not listed on the website. They call timeshare owners and pretend to have renters for their "getaway weeks" through RCI or Interval International, and charge victims $298 up front followed by $99 a month, indefinitely (although they tell victims its only for 6 months), and they do not rent their weeks or give real rental offers to their victims, as its illegal to sell or rent getaway weeks to begin with but most people are not aware of that. They also operate under an alternate company name of "Corporate Event Solutions" (www.eventcs.com) that scams people out of even larger amounts. Hang up immediately and report this company if you are called by anyone that belongs to either one of these company names. Some of their phone numbers are 321-418-6054 (this is Matthew Hammond's direct line, the owner and IT hacker scam artist), 321-418-6154 (Christopher Ryan Thompson, who goes by "Ryan Thompson", the one who directly elicits credit card information from victims and charges their cards), 321-270-6248 (Tasha Cunningham, the one who stole timeshare owner's names and contact information from illegal sources and provides them to the hackers above), and their main line 888-988-2320. Never open mail that comes from [email protected] or deal with a company that operates under license number TC#5191. They are professional scam artists that have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from victims all over the United States and very good at the BS scripts they use to convince victims looking to make a profit from their timeshare investment by renting a few of their extra weeks. Call the appropriate authorities and report this company if you have been contacted by them or know anyone else that has.

SCAM! This company has scammed my mother out of over a $1,000. This company told my mother they would rent out her property and has taken every last penny she has. My mother is on welfare and struggles everyday financially. She was told she would receive "offers" within the first few months, and has not received anything. When she calls customer service, no one returns her calls. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS SCAM! This company will tell you that they are accredited, but that is false! This company is currently under investigation.
