Ordered two items from the Backroads Store on December 18th. After approx. two months i inquired about the extreme delay. Private messages on Facebook went unanswered, so I wrote a complaint directly on the Facebook page - 'Traveler on the Backroads'. I was then told about his longtime medical issues, and that staff was difficult to put together; that he would re-check the status of my order. After which I was told that my items had been sent, previously, and returned as "damaged". That they were being re-sent and i should have them within one week!
It has now been another three+ weeks and I have NOT received my order. Private messages have been ignored.
I have requested a FULL REFUND...what is my right. We shall see what happens.
