Dec 1, 2017: I requested resolution
Dec 6, 2017: TrailDuty finally response saying "We are checking with Gobi about your order and have also submitted a Status Update Request via their web site. Apologies for the delay, but they have been extremely busy and are getting orders out asap. Thank you for your patience."
Dec 12, 2017: I requested reimbursement due to no follow up
Jan 10, 2018: After no resolution I again contacted them informing them that I am looking into options due to apparently being defrauded
As of 3/29/2018 the owner if TrailDuty.com passed away. If you have not received your order I would recommend calling your credit card company to dispute your payment. He is not around to fight it anyhow.
The trailduty.com website is in the process of new ownership. Once you see the "under new ownership" sign on the homepage you will be ok to order at that time. Do not order until then.
