I signed up for a Tradingview promotion last year on black Friday week and everything looked so lovely for the price. They allowed me to get the plan for a huge discount and give me a month free.

Fast forward 1 year and 31 days later and 15 days earlier than the due date, Tradingview processed their annual payment, and my card was declined. I wished I got the notification and that they would give me a grace period but nothing was offered. Not even a notification that my plan was being renewed 15 days earlier.

Trying to get support for Tradingview is a quest on its own. It took me two days to get email support after googling it online for several days. Then only for them to say that they will get back to you in ten days and then never did.

I tried to argue my complaint for not giving me a grace period to update my credit card or office with a 2nd credit card on file so that my subscription does not expire and nothing. No reply back email or explanation for my request. They just closed the ticket and when on with their daily work on 12/31.

So if you are planning on getting a special subscription with this company beware that they do not honor what they advertise and choose to do when its close to expiration. So don't waste your time with their annual gimmick promotions. My plan was canceled 15 days prior to my plan promotion with no remorse.

Do not believe them they just lied telling me the next payment was 12/15/22 - Talk about FRAUD -

I canceled my pro account on February 12th of 2020. I am STILL getting charged monthly and its July. I haqve lost $150 to this company for nothing. Multiple attempts to resolve end in nothing. It keeps happening. I have reported to paypal and hoping they can help. I am sure there are multiple complaints filed with PayPal as it's clear I am not the only one. FRAUDULENT COMPANY BEWARE!!!!

On August 20, 2019 I cancelled any further billing for my account; I also received a Screen Confirmation of this cancellation. On August 29, 2019 I was charged, via PayPal, for next months services after I had cancelled. Upon contacting the company (they make you do it via an online support ticket basis), "speaking" with a "James B" and providing a copy of the cancellation screenshot, they denied my request to reimburse me for the incorrect charges. They claimed that according to "their" records, I had not cancelled my subscription even though they were provided with a copy of the cancellation confirmation.

I would not trust this company! This is yet the latest and last issue that has occured. They will periodically shut the site down for "maintenance" in the middle of the day. Frustrating - you bet.

Use another vendor, there are plenty of them out there.
