This company is a joke. They tell you to pick a tradeline but when you do they just give you what ever they want if anything at all. They gave my friend the wrong line and charged him again to correct their mistake. I thought it was just him until they did the exact same thing to me. Then they have you send your credit card information to some mortgage company to do a hard pull and the company put the wrong birthday on the application.
This ruined my cpn and the cheaper line they had thrown on it. After reaching out to them several times to no avail I sent them a text letting them know I was going to give them bad reviews. They finally called me back. I guess they don't want anyone knowing their business is bad. Shawn if that's even his real name informed me that he would look into it and never called me back. Robyn never answers the phone once you send her your money. She's very fake and unprofessional. If you don't have time and money to waist don't do business with this company.

I contacted this company tradeline resourc to purchase CPN and tradelines. A lady by the name Robyn called me back and informed me that they don't offer CPN but they use a man by the name of Nasir Bey for the CPN. I purchased the CPN for 200; I called Robyn back to purchase tradelines. I was interested in a 300 tradeline but it was unavailable so she insisted on me purchasing higher tradelines because it would but the credit score higher. So I transferred 700 through Bank of America. She answered all calls and text prior to me transferring any money. She told me she would GET me a receipt but she never did. I called her several times after she received the money but no answer or call back. She finally contacted me days later when I requested a refund stating to contact Todd he's over customer services. I spoke with him and he states that he would refund my but but later called back and said he could not because the money had been already taken out of his account. He tried to assure me that the reports online are bogus and he would get me a receipt and call back to inform me about the tradelines. I have yet to hear from him 5 days later and he has not responded to any phone calls or text. CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDLENT, DECEPTIVE PEOPLE. U will never get what you are promised. Ive lost a total of 900.00.
