I placed an online order (@$3,000) for patio furniture in May 2022. The website stated the items were in-stock and available immediately for shipment. After placing the items, the website said the order would be received here at my home on June 2, 2022. Nothing came and I never received any communications from Tractor Supply. I called and was told that they were trying to get the items from their vendor who was not communicative with them.
I called numerous times over the next weeks and was told repeatedly that my issue was with Tractor's Supply's vendor. Despite several promises, I never received any communication about the status of the order until on Friday, July 8, 2022 that the order was canceled.
No apology, no alternatives, and no consideration for my time. In short, I waited over two months and Tractor Supply just canceled the order!
I made a purchase with Tractor Supply on August 8th 2021 for the amount of $4204, the order supposed to arrive within 1 week. After I didn't get it, I contacted them multiple times trying to get information on delivery. Then on 8.27 finally driver came with my item, but he told me that he doesn't know how to unload it.
Next day I called customer service again and I was told to contact XPO since the were supposed to deliver my item. Why do I have to contact someone else if I purchased from you? No answer. I called the XPO no response. I left multiple emails and called multiple times still NOTHING AT ALL. No response on my emails.
Right now is September 22th and I am on the phone with customer service for 23 minutes and still no-one can tell me when my item will be delivered. I had to pay already 2 times to cut the grass on my property and they just don't care. HORRIBLE!!!
I bought their extended warranty for my lawn vacuum and it suffered a failure so I filed an extended warranty claim it took them 2 weeks to pick it up and it’s been bringing repaired now going on 7 weeks and I still haven’t been able to get it repaired and nobody seems to know what’s going on with it.
All I’ve been told was they are waiting for a replacement part now summer is almost over and I haven’t been able to use it to pickup the grass clippings and leaves will be falling soon and I’m handicapped so I rely on this piece of equipment because I can’t rake them up.
