I am only putting these photos up because I am not done with them at all. First of all I moved in June 2017. within 1 week of moving in I started complaining about different things that needed to be fixed to include the balcony floor caving in to the first floor bedroom. I even have emails where I sent to them. I did this on purpose to prove they knew. Well no one ever fixed anything. After the hurricane the balcony got worse and started crumbling into the first floor bedroom and leaking. Once I got my eviction notice because I refused to pay until the fixed it and I filed letting the courts know what was going on and the different things that were wrong some things on the property got fixed but not my actual townhome. They decided to evict me 2 days before Christmas instead of fixing the apartment so it was livable. They even walked into my place while I was home without a phone call or a notice with a contractor.
Even the contractor said the balcony was cheaply made. And that the whole second floor and half of the living room needed to be replaced. a few weeks later I was given eviction papers. They have know about this for months. And I am not the only one. They did this to several people and we all are not done with this place. So do not rent from this place. I have posted this to several sites because it is my right as a consumer to let other consumers know the truth. If you lived in 6023 or 6039 Gibson these were the absolute worse and rumor has it they have been rented out already. I am sorry if you are reading this and are living in them because they did not fix them and they knew they were renting them out to you. Please file court papers NOW!
