We have been in a House rental for 1 year 2000.00 per month. This rental company put in our lease that we...were to pay up to 200 dollars each time there is a maintenance issue(anything over 200 owner have to cover)... So we have had to do our own repairs at our cost and time!!!...
1. A microwave went dead... we paid 180 dollars for a new microwave... they didnt pay a dime... we will take this with us when we move
2. Issue dishwasher needed to be fixed... the repair bill was 190.00. We had to pay that as well...
3. I paid 100 dollars for cold and hot water filter replacement filters..
All in one year total... we paid 470 dollar extra..for something they should pay for and fix.. WE HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE ONE YEAR
Sam and Nathan will not call u back when u want to view a house for rent.. for weeks we have been tryin view a rental and they dont return phone calls or email. If I hired a rental company to rent my house out I would never use them... Sam is the one that answers the phone. its Nathan that cant get his head out of his a*s to show a house... Total Solutions Property Management you have such a bad reputation on liine I dont see how u are in business... see the ripp-off report on the old lady and the paint.... bad company
