Short story. Went to this place to get acrylic nails put on. While getting my nails done she was rude and snickering because I kept telling her the nails were to long and she was hurting me with the electric file. Got home. Showered got out and my hands were all pruny AND sliced up from the file. One of the cuts actually got infected. I was in tears. My mother called and talk to the manager and she said just to come to the store and they would fix the problem.
That day I went to a local nail place and paid to have them taken off cause I was in so much pain. After that I called top nail spa and talked to the owner and told him because of how much pain I was in I didn’t want them redoing my nails I just wanted a refund. Again rude on the phone but said to come to the store and he give me back the money for how much my nails were. $40. I get there and the manager denied talking to my mom and the owner denied talking to me.
I told them I just got my nails done here we talked on the phone. It was the right number and we remembered the voiced. I tried to show them the cuts on my hands they were uninterested and didn’t even look once. So in the end I spent $40 for my nails. $15 to have them taken off. $10 in gas. And almost 4 hours of my time including getting the nails done and me having to return days later and talked to them and get no help. No simply. Didn’t even own up to what happen or say sorry.
I reported them to the BBB and requested a refund and they denied to fix the problem because as they said " i didn’t come back with the nails on and had went to another place to have them done” the nails were not the ISSUE the sliced on my finger tips were and I went to another nail place to have them REMOVED not REDONE. I have never felt so disrespected in my life.
