On Jan. 10, 2019, I bought a Homeowners policy for my home from the Representative Angela at the office of Tommy Burns Agency,LLC. The policy was an annual homeowners policy #. 992AL-1257 The Submission policy # 7298593-A with the Agency invoice # of 1000122. I have all documentation.
That Alabama Department of Insurance, Customer Service Department have taken an application for assistance, and involved The Federal Bureau of Investigation, as the insurance business crosses state and national boundaries. I have been assured THAT ALL THAT CAN BE DONE IS BEING DONE!” The agent Mr Burns was arrested and has a criminal history of the SAME OFFENSE!
How could he have possibly gotten a license to sell insurance when he was convicted of insurance fraud already? I would like to be reimbursed for my $1746.00. Is it possible? Will you take up my cause? I don’t have any resources to combat a hardened criminal. Please help me get my money back so Rip Off can add $1746.00 to its recovery tally. Respectfully, you
