Todd m wittmann claims he is a retired attorney from oklahoma and a private investigator. It is true he "was" an attorney but he fails to mention he was disbarred in 2000. He also failed to mention he is convicted felon who spent 4 years in a texas prison for armed robbery.
Todd m wittmann ask for a "retainer" took our hard earned money and did nothing of value for us.
He is not licensed to do private investigation work, not registered to do business in any state and was used by the state of texas and lost and can no longer do paralegal work.
