I was transported by Mr Tj Martineau two weeks ago. This EMS was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed to lack any knowledge in regards to being an EMS. He couldn't seem to complete very simple tasks while transporting me, and kept get distracted onto something else(mainly talking), that was not what he was actually getting paid to do. The worst part of this experience for me was the two sexual advances he made(and I am a forty year old straight male). One was verbally remarking on how "hot I am", as he put it. Secondly, he groped me with his hand while "reaching" across the stretcher and clearly touched my genitals, which prompted me to push his arm violently off me as it was very clear this was intended to grope me and not to actually reach for anything needed for my personal care, or to help with the care
Tanasith Justin Martineau, aka Tj Martineau was forced to "voluntarily" surrender his Paramedic License due to haineous sexual misconduct, recurring and persistent occupational injuries to both himself and patients. Also included were subsequent mental health crisis', that regularly rendered him incompetent to perform his job duties.
While visiting with family down in Massachusetts, my husband and I got into a car accident. This left me with grievous injuries which required Emergency Medical treatment. While being transported to the hospital I suffered further injuries due to the erratic nature of the care I was being provided by one Mr Tj Martineau( even though the name badge read LT, upon further inquiry at the hospital I was informed this Emergency Medical responders name was TJ Martineau, license number P0904463). He was very distraught and distracted. It took him four times to administer an IV, which resulted in my entire arm becoming bruised at the sight of injection. During the commotion of the multiple attempts, he ripped his gloves and I watched as he handled the needle essentially bare-handed on his last attempt of administering the IV... Before I could tell him to stop, he had already got the needle in. Three days after my transport I developed a massive infection in that arm at exactly the spot the IV was administered. Upon contacting the Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services they failed to take any action in holding Mr Tj Martineau accountable, as it seemed to be swept up under the rug entirely. With such a response I have had to start legal proceedings to hold this Emergency Medical Service responder accountable, so that others don't fall victim to the same type of malpractice.
Tj Martineau has threatened to shoot up multiple establishments located in the Providence area. These included multiple gay bars in the downtown Providence area. This is the second time Tj Martineau has threatened to hurt people with a firearm in a bar setting.
Operates a remote neural monitoring system out of his place of residence. He is subcontracted to do this type of work...Stealing identities, harassing and manipulating people, deploying monitoring systems, and destroying people's lives in every way possible. He is part of a larger group conducting this type of business operation.
Have reported this EMT on two different occasions to the licensing board. Current license number P0904463. Have had two instances of being transported in an ambulance where I was serviced by this gentlemen. Both times he made sexual advances towards me, which were immediately dismissed by myself but he continued on making the most vulgar and offensive comments to me. Both times he also seemed very aloof and sporadic, as if he was high on drugs. He couldn't complete simple tasks like administering an IV or taking my blood pressure. Through research I've found a laundry list of complaints on this EMT that go all the way back to his career starting in Louisiana. I have reported him with no solution or reconciliation provided by the licensing board for EMT.
