Titanium Alarm company has 71 negative reviews on the BBB website and 2 1/2 stars on Yelp. They’re liars, scammers, unprofessional, and unorganized. They hire people right off the street with no background check and you want them in your house! Lied to me on 3 appts and wasted my time, their rep was dropped of at my house by her boyfriend while he waited in his car. Unauthorized a bank withdrawal out of my account for thousands that I wasn’t aware and left me with a negative balance for a week. Their tech came over with a poor attitude that seemed he didn’t want to be here with his hands in his pockets and cursed in front of my elderly mom. He was just hired in March and was supposed to do a 10 camera job by himself! He didn’t have the contract where it states where the 10 cameras were going to be installed, hence the rep was at my house for 2 hrs showing her where they were going. So when tech arrived with his hands in his pocket, it took us 20 mins to show him the first 3 cameras and then with his poor attitude I kicked him out, called corporate, asked for a refund and Yelped and filed on The BBB. Don’t hire them please!!!
I been having problems with my cameras gor over a month and been calling almost every day the company to try to get somebody to help with my problem but every single time I got transfer to customers service where nobody answers the phone, I had been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone and no one been able to help or give me any respond . I call to cancel the service having the same results, Monitoring ( the people who answered the phone) Tranferme to main office where nobody answer the call I send them an e-mail cancelled my service waiting for an answer.

I'm here to let people know of this company and their services. I keep getting bill for $81.00 including the $5.00 service fee in case you have any problems for over 6 weeks my home alarm and my door bell installed by this company has not been working, they will not provide tech support or call you back to help you resolve the problem. I should be getting credit back for the 2 months my equipment has not been working but they are ignoring my calls
1) left messages for Tech support to call and nobody will call you back
2) they will keep you on hold and hang up on you if you try to call little after 3pm hold time is from 4 min - 40 mins
3) Tech support will give you the run around ask you to call 3rd party companies not to help you
My case is this:
a doorbell was installed at my house since day one that doorbell has not been working , it was replaced twice and we still have problems the only answer Titanium will give you " is defective" to get them to service the thing takes months. -Techs dont keep up their schedule and if they do they lie about coming to your home and blame it on you.
I had an appoitment according tot hem they call me I took the day off to be at home and they never showed my husband and I were home they said the tech guy knocked on our door and we never answered THAT IS FALSE.
THE CAMERAS INSTALLED CAN'T BE VIEW FROM OUR PHONE THEY COMPLETELY STOP WORKING.
FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS GOING ON 4 WE HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM AND WE GET VOICE MAILS OR THEY ASK US TO CALL 626-961-8810 WHICH IS A THIRD PARTY COMPANY AND GUESS WHAT THEY ASK US TO CALL TITANUM BACK , WE ARE GOING BACK AND FORTH AND NO HELP AT ALL

I WANT MY SERVICE PROMISED OR OUT THE CONTRACT. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY PROBLEM IS SOLVE AND I WILL SEAK LEGAL HELP FOR ALL THE DAMAGE, TIME THIS IS CAUSING ME.
This company has not honored it's buyout agreement, and has caused me undue hardship, and being billed twice monthly for home security, one from them, and once from previous company.
